rewatching SuperBrawl IV amd during one of the matches as the announcers were talking about the Vader/Flair main event they mentioned Hulk Hogan filming his tv show and reports asking him about the main event.

This would be about 5 months before Hogan debuted and I was wondering if this was the first time Hogan was mentioned on WCW tv, and was Hogan already signed to WCW around the SuperBrawl time or if not signed had negotuations with WCW been ongoing?

No he wasn't officially signed yet. Negotiations are a possibility though.

Flair - It's hard to pin down. Some point in the mid 80s.

Hogan - The Andre match.

Cena - The Rock match at the latest but probably earlier.
