Overall (from 2001 - 2005) was All Japan Pro Wrestling or New Japan Pro Wrestling the more successful promotion?

Also, your opinions on Chris Hero and Colt Cabana?

And finally, your favorite wrestling event to be put on in Kentucky?

They are worried about his concussion history. That's not something to screw around with.

But nah it must be a C-O-N...spiracy. There is a 0% chance he is being held back from returning due to anything but the concussions. To even speculate is asinine.

Pretty much yeah.

Charlotte or Paige?

Paige.

New Japan I believe.

Hero doesn't do anything for me. Cabana isn't bad.

Backlash 2006.

Would having Trish come back for a one-off title match at Wrestlemania really solidify the "Divas" as a legitimate division?

I understand fully this requires the division to keep it together on their own until at least Royal Rumble, when a return and build can start, but it seems like that would be the place to right all the wrongs that have been committed concerning the women wrestlers in WWE.

Do you think the NWA model could work today in a smaller country or region? A number of promoters running individual cards, and an overseeing booking office that controls the main championships? Like in the Caribbean or in the British Isles?

The NWA still exists.

The fact that 99% of the people reading this had no idea is your answer.

Was Austin on track to getting the world title sooner than Mania XIV but the neck injury forced them to audible or was Mania always Austin's time to win the title?

Indeed. He was scheduled to win it at Final Four and then drop it the next night to Bret. Austin was always walking out of XIV with the title though.

Given that Rob Conway was their biggest star for a few years, it pretty much confirms that it's not going to work.

That's interesting. I never heard that one. My first thought was that it would have set up Bret v Shawn at 13, but then I thought if Austin won the title at final four and dropped it to Bret the next night that means Shawn would have already been out of the picture and all things being the same would have set up Bret v Taker at 13.

If we would have got Bret v Taker at 13 does Taker still win the title? Or does the streak end before it ever got a chance to be a streak?

It was originally going to be Shawn losing to Bret again at Wrestlemania XIII but Shawn lost his smile and Austin was swapped in. Austin's original opponent isn't really clear but Sid or Undertaker were the most likely options.

With the rumours of yet another huge push for Roman Reigns going around, do you think WWE will get it right with him character-wise, or will Vince remain adamant that he has to be John Cena 2.0 as was clearly done last time out?

btw, with a few days gone since it was done, was Reigns' promo on last RAW as bad as the majority of people on the internet claim it to be? I didn't rate it too highly due to the dumb recap(lMO) he was made to do, but I thought he ended it well. However, I've seen so many people claiming it was the worst promo ever... for sure, Reigns is well and truly back into the spotlight after that Susan Komen segment...

I thought the promo was solid, & probably would've been even better had the Chicago fans not been hellbent on being dickholes & trying to hijack it.

You 2 are the first people I have seen to have something positive to say about it. Every site I've visited (including this one) has claimed it to be a crap promo.

Was watching "Rise and fall of WCW" DVD so have few questions

Was Nash really responsible for taking out Goldberg after Goldberg beat Hogan and was undefeated at that time? Or was it also somebody else call at the time?

If they continued with Goldberg undefeated and better booking of things did they had a shot at WWE? Because "Fingerpoke of Doom" was little after Nash taking Goldberg out and they were still beating RAW at that time.

How big where problems there at that time? Because with Haloween Havoc 98 you could see it was clearly a mess there and catastrophy waiting to happen.

Would you prefer for Roman Reigns to turn heel?

Imagine this scenario - the crowd is heckling Reigns with the "What" chants and then Reigns fires back with something like...

"Next person to say what sleeps with their sister" or "If you're an idiot from Chicago, you'll say..."

It's taking a page out of Vince and Taker's books, but it would get tremendous heat and let Reigns really shine on the mic.

Your thoughts?

Paying 11.99 on Hulu basically trims down Raw and Smackdown of 40% of it's running time (removal of all ads). Do you think that would improve your opinions of the shows generally, and would you be interested in using that instead for your reviews?

Nash is the only person who claims he wasn't booking at the time. Everyone else says it was Nash's call.

They weren't beating Raw during the Fingerpoke of Doom. Their last win was the Nitro after Halloween Havoc 1998.

The problems were mounting and it was about to all fall apart.

I could see it but the only way to turn him heel is to have him turn on Ambrose, the most loyal guy in the world. Lines like that would get him laughed at, not booed.

Sure, but I'd never do it. I need to see everything to have an accurate opinion of the show.

We all know that Bray Wyatt is considered as "The New Face of Fear" so why is he shown on social networking sites like any other wwe superstar.....
With Undertaker; it was never so!
so should This be changed?

WCW wins the war and no WWE guys at the time ever work in wrestling again. Would professional wrestling on a global scale be dead?
