Wrestlemania - Bret Hart vs. Steve Austin. I watched that again a few months ago and I was completely into it despite having seen it a dozen times or so.

Royal Rumble - John Cena returns in 2008. It doesn't happen often, but I was genuinely shocked.

Summerslam - Shawn's comeback in the match against HHH. I lost my mind watching that live.

Survivor Series - Survivor Series 1987. I watched the heck out of that tape when I was a kid.

It's still too early to say. I'd think Lesnar vs. Taker though.
