His in ring career isn't why he's there though. In just three years the guy's had a ridiculous impact on the company. Considering he's still got 20+ left before retiring he's face number 3. Off the top of my head: he single handedly got Bruno back onto speaking terms with the company, he's responsible for restructuring the callup process that's bought us both the Wyatt Family and Shield, he's responsible for restructuring the developmental programme/NXT such that it's been the most consistently good programme for a year now, also this:
And that's ignoring people he's played a role in signing in that time. In three years HHH has done more to ensure the company has a good future than anyone whose name isn't Vince McMahon.
