How would you fill the midcard of WrestleMania? Clusterfuck tag match? Money in the Bank? A bunch of 5-10 minute singles and tag matches?

If the original Nexus plans (Barrett the tyrant, overthrown by Bryan) actually happened how effective would it have been and where should the blow-off occured?

It's not too hard to come up with. 2003 had WrestleMania XIX which means all the Rock/Austin build to their last match happened on Raw. That would include the first Rock Concert in Sacremento with Rock sporting a leather vest/leather pants/big belt buckle combo. Also this was the last time we saw and will ever see heel Rock. He killed the whole Hollywood gimmick and the intro to his entrance music was epic! Heel Rock alone made every Raw he was apart of in 2003 great. Also lets not forget the night after Mania with Rock gloating and Goldberg coming out and spearing him. Rock sold the shit out of that spear.

I like them so far but it's hard to say where they go next. The random attacks will work fine but eventually they've got to lose and then they're in trouble.

I've heard MITB might be coming back, which is fine if MITB isn't a PPV. Other than that, probably a mix of singles matches. Give them some good stories and they'll be fine.

It would have been effective, but I'm not sure how well Bryan vs. Barrett for the title would have drawn. Probably at NOC or somewhere in there.

There's a thread about Langston turning face where it starts with a real over reaction about him succeeding in that role. From your reviews, I know you're a fan. He should be OK as a face shouldnt he? I remember it was a surprise to you when he turned.

How was it a surprise?

As for Langston, he's awesome in a promotion like NXT. In WWE, you can't do things that way anymore. If they let him be the same kind of chraracter he is in NXT, he'll be fun but I don't know what kind of shelf life he's got. At the end of the day, a strongman gimmick can only take you so far. The Five Count thing works better in front of a small audience. In WWE it could but it's going to have less lasting power. If they let him be his out there self on promos though, he'll do a lot better. He'd be better as a face than as a heel, at least for awhile. As a heel though, a monster is only good until he gets beaten. Then he has to do something else.

The less rambling version: it would be better to start him as a face but he'll need to do something besides just be strong.
