What are your thoughts on Superfly, Piper, Slaughter and Backlund? (Just been watching a lot of early 80s matches).

Where does Big E Langston go logically from here?

And, will too many developmental talent (Shield, Langston) getting called up at the same time detract from them in the long run as there won't be enough time to properly work on all of them?

Do we get Langston vs Ryback at Mania?

Finally: should WWE adopt a "simpler" booking style to build up the next generation of talent?

Just "sympathetic face" vs "evil heel" kind of like John Cena's rise against JBL where the Cabinet used their numbers advantage to try to keep Cena down before Cena would overcome the odds

Snuka was an awesome character, ignoring the whole murderer aspect of course.

Piper is about as evil as you can get without having horns and a tail. I could listen to him insult people any day.

Slaughter was fine for what he was but getting the world title was too much. Check out the Alley Fight with Pat Patterson if you've never seen it.

Backlund was good but he didn't really get interesting until he was pushed to the limit and had a wild brawl to end the feud.

Langston can be a bodyguard/muscle guy for awhile.

Nah that should be ok. There's plenty of room on the card.

Geez I hope not.

It would help if they had more traditional ones. Having Cena be a jerk and Punk use perfectly logical complaints to get heel heat is going to get them mixed reaction after mixed reaction. That would do them wonders.

1. Is Wrestlemania 27 really as bad as some people make it out to be?

2. Thoughts on Stephanie McMahon as a character in WWF/WWE?

3. Thoughts on Goldberg's WWE run?

Yeah it pretty much is.

Is it just the main event? Snooki? I'm not 100% sure, but I remember you had a real problem with Rock restarting and interfering in the Miz VS Cena match. Undertaker VS HHH II was an enjoyable match, and the crowd was completely sucked into it during the final moments. Plus, Orton VS Punk and Rhodes VS Mysterio were two high quality matches.

It's the Lawler match more than anything else for me. There was zero reason whatsoever to have Cole win, especially that way. The ending was stupid too, because at the end of the day, the show was just there to build up to this year's show.

Overall.^

and I bought the dvd The Rock: The most electrifying man in sports entertainment.

If you've seen this dvd, what are your thoughts on it?

Over the Limit due to it not needing to exist.

I think I looked at it once. It's a lot of Rock stuff. That's almost a guarantee for a good show.

I actually just finished it. Very well done. Not alot of commentary which is straight with me, but I don't know if you're a big Rock fan or not, but I suggest taking a look at it if you can. 3 Discs, 2-2.5hrs each DVD. He's got some crazy matches in there.

F4Wonline.com is reporting there is some backstage concern from WWE officials as to whether or not turning The Miz face was the right move. As of now, the turn hasn't gone over as big as they were hoping. The plan is to continue with it and hope in the long run it works out and grows on the audience.

Your thoughts?

It would help a lot if he actually did somethign to turn face. At the moment he just kind of changed who he was a jerk to.

Sadly, that's how most of WWE's recent turns have been.

Considering their talents, do you consider the HHH-Cena matches underwhelming? Why did they never have a long term feud?

HHH has this bad habit of having his big epic matches come off as a bit flat. The Orton matches were especially underwhelming. As for a long term feud, my guess would be because they didn't want to wear the match out.
