Right, this has been bugging me for awhile, what is going to be on the Mania 29 card? I mean, outside of the big three (Brock, Rock and Cena matches which could be ywo or three matches), what else are they sticking on there?

What do you think makes a great finisher? The simple route (RKO, Stunner, Sweet Chin Music) or complicated route (Canadian Destroyer, Paul Burchill's Walking the Plank)?

One that doesn't look like something that the other guy is cooperating for. Also something that isn't too overcomplicated and flashy for the payoff.

Two people you'd pick to replace Lawler with for next week's RAW, go!

WCW lasted another decade and you were working for them (creative, booker, whatever.) I want you to come up with five characters you'd want the company to cash in on (current trends, etc.) I assume there will be a Twilight knockoff on the list.

Striker, Matthews.

You're asking the completely wrong guy about current trends. My favorite TV show is I Love Lucy, my favorite actor is Jimmy Stewart, and I hate social media.

As an aside to that, you don't want characters based on popular trends. You want characters that are timeless.

Flash back with me to 1990 WCW. A tall guy in green tights is billed as being from the Emerald City and comes out with a guy named Merlin (not sure why but just go with it). His name is Oz and he exists for one reason: the guy that owns the company he works for just acquired the TV broadcasting rights to the movie The Wizard of Oz.

Flash forward 22 years. This is considered one of the biggest jokes in wrestling history as well as making little sense. If you didn't know about the Oz thing in advance or if you didn't look it up, that gimmick comes out of nowhere and makes no sense (this would be opposed to when you know the story behind it and accept that it's just really dumb).

You want timeless gimmicks. The Savage, the Real American, the anti-corporate rebel. Those are characters that you can put out there at any time in history and they'll adapt to the situation. You also want characters with depth to them. Look at someone like T.L. Hopper, the wrestling plumber. There is zero depth to him at all. Is he good? Is he evil? What is he going to do? Why would anyone interact with him? Most importantly: why would anyone care? If you can't answer that last question, it's time to move on to a new character.

Of the current active wrestlers who have never been WWE Champion before, who do you think is most likely to capture that belt first?

Hey KB, what are some of your wrestling pet peeves?

For me, I hate when big guys use non-lifting finishers. Like I'm watching last week's episode of NXT and Leo Kruger used a neckbreaker turned into a facebuster as a finisher. He's a fucking big, brutal guy, but uses something so unimpactful. I'd rather him rehash a classic finisher. I did see him use a Jackhammer once in a match with Mike Dalton and it was beautiful.

Ignoring/changing continuity. Like Edge and Christian going from being brothers to being best friends. How is that possible?

What are your thoughts on Ryback working longer matches at live events and having squash matches for television matches? That's a report I read today. I feel sorry for anyone who gets in the ring with this guy, he is a danger. He almost broke Swagger's neck a few weeks ago.

A lot of people get hurt in matches. One botch doesn't make him dangerous. Also, long matches defeat the purpose of his character.

I know Cena/Punk will be a great match and steal the show at Night of Champions, but do you think it will top the match they had over a year ago at MITB?

Kruger's no bigger than Justin Gabriel, he's not a big guy. And he fucking smashes his opponent's face into the fucking mat. It looks brutal.
