I thought they were, but I wasn't sure. Was Alundra Blayze in a handshake agreement when she jumped to WCW? Or did her contract just expire?

No. There are hundreds of good looking women that would love to get on national TV as a WWE Diva.
There weren't many submissions to it. It's a gimmick PPV but I'm not a fan of the concept.
Handshake I'd assume. I'd be surprised if Vince knew her name at that point.

Do you think the PPV could be a success if it was meant to be a blow off to big personal feuds (which means no divas matches, or matches that don't have a stipulation) and had matches such as submission, I quit, Iron man, last man standing, first blood, etc.
