Well we all know Santino as the "comedy jobber", who never really gets anything, apart from the odd title reign thrown on him. The WWE never really take him too seriously, but the crowd love him.

When the WWE finally realise that we want Santino to be taken more seriously, but still with the comedy edge, what will they do with him? Maybe win MITB at WM? Could they give him a credible title run at anytime? More importantly, would they be able to turn him into a humorous character that we could also take seriously when needed?

Hope you get it now :)

There's a LONG post in there somewhere but I'll go with one word.

Eugene.

Eugene was a guy that was insanely over, even with me. He got over as a comedy character, won a tag title and then got a serious push. He proceeded to get booed out of the building and managed to make HHH the fan favorite in their match at Summerslam. For some reason fans can't get the idea that there is absolutely nothing wrong with being a comedy character who isn't taken seriously. Jim Duggan, Road Dogg, Hillbilly Jim and others I'm likely overlooking weren't serious characters and had very nice and successful careers. There's no need to make Santino something serious. If you want to feature him on TV more often and have him win some matches that's fine, but giving him a serious push is not a good idea.

There isn't a perfect wrestler.

Going off of this, if you could play Dr. Frankenstein and put attributes & characteristics of past/present wrestlers to create the perfect wrestler, what components of wrestlers would you use?

For example:

Cena's look
Rock's charisma
Shawn Michaels' wrestling talent
Mick Foley's promo
etc.

I couldn't think of a lot of options for Orton at Mania (bearing in mind he is ready to go after his concussion), and I do not want a triple threat world title match, but what do you think about Orton vs Kane at the show?

Wouldn't be awful.
Orton/Kane doesn't sound bad, especially considering they haven't had much contact before.

Would you rather see Orton be the "Teddy Long representative" in a potential Long vs. Laurinaitis for WWEGM match, or Orton/Kane.

And where do you see Zack Ryder fitting into the Mania card? I'm thinking either vs. Kane, US Title vs. Swagger, or repping Teddy Long is a Long vs. Johnny Ace thing (he used to assist long, and Ace screwed with his medical clearance and had him fight Kane while injured).

Representative.

Every day that goes by, the less I think they'll do the logical thing and have him fight Kane, although I could possibly see it at Extreme Rules. There's a good chance he won't be on the card.

One more.

Do you think that this years Mania card has a chance to be (ON PAPER) the best Mania card ever? Cena/Rock, Taker/HHH in a Cell, Punk/Jericho, Bryan/Sheamus, and whatever else. I can't think of any cards on the top of my head that are better. MAYBE X7.
