Dusty Rhodes and how entertaining was he in his promos.

Any one promo that strikes in particular?

You have mentioned that you believe Eddie Guerrero is overrated (thanks to his untimely death). I agree.

Do you think Chris Benoit is similarly overrated? I believe he is, and people overrate his work because of his death and the refusal to mention him on TV.

Hard Times. Look it up.

Less so than Eddie. Benoit had some absolute masterpieces, mostly with Angle. Eddie had some great matches but I'd easily put Benoit ahead of him.

So, are you putting Benoit over Guerrero as an overall wrestler or an in-ring performer? Benoit was an excellent technician and worked wonderfully in the ring, but Eddie was the better of the two overall, I'd think.

I've noticed that Sheamus (generally but not necessarily exclusively) seems to have better matches with smaller guys (JoMo, Daniel Bryan, Kofi etc.) than he does with larger guys like Cena and Orton. Coincidence or is there a specific reason for that do you think?

Yeah Benoit over Eddie, which I know is internet blasphemy.

As for Sheamus, some people just work well with certain kinds of people. Those three guys are all speed guys who can move around well. Cena is a power wrestler and Orton uses a lot of power stuff. When you have two guys that use the same style, it doesn't often work, although it's certainly not impossible.

I think it's fair to like Benoit more. I've always preferred Eddie, but Benoit's matches always drew me in.

Have you seen Benoit's work from Japan? I know you're not a fan of the style, but he had some good matches over there. I recently re-watched his match (one of a few) with Shinjiro Otani and really enjoyed it.

How would you explain the Christian/Orton chemistry?

Some people just have chemistry together. Both of them are talented guys so it's not really shocking.

I've seen it.

What is your opinion/thoughts of Scott Steiner from these various eras

Days in the Steiner Brothers tag team
Big Poppa Pump in WCW
His last WWE run
His TNA run

One thing, I actually don't think Eddie was overrated. During his 2003-05 run he was someone who looked forward to seeing on SD along with Cena and Taker.

If anything he was just hitting his peak, and his matches, for me, were always well paced especially in his WCW days, among the some I have seen.

With all that being said, I wanna ask, Did Orton really use Eddie's death and the subsequent car plow to Taker to get himself over as a heel? Did you find that in bad taste?

His TNA run

Early Steiner Brothers - Possibly the best in the world at the time.
Late Steiner Brothers - Good power guy.
Last WWE run - The preferred method of torture in 9 countries
TNA - Funny, funny stuff

Do you wanna see Sheamus in the ME of WM?

Nah. Putting him into the Rock vs. Cena match would work.

So in other words: good to great guy, but not one of the top elite guys, as I say every time this is brought up.

Yeah that happened, and no I don't blame Orton for it. It was in bad taste though.

My friend told me if he could fire anyone from WWE it would be Randy Orton. And this is what he typed to me: In all honesty, Randy Orton is not over enough to be a world champ and top player, he doesn't sell anywhere near enough as anyone else in the company and he's just not got the intrigue to make me want to see him every week.

What do you think of that? I disagree wholeheartedly.

What do you think John Cena will do after The Rock match at WM28?

Extreme rules is basically WM28 2.0 and i doubt Rock will wrestle him again at Extreme Rules so what could he do? Maybe get inserted into the Punk/Jericho fued?
