I'm not one that wants Ryder to really get much of a push, I just think he's charismatic enough to be featured on the actual show. Like Smackdown's version of Santino. Would that be something you could see happening?

No real need for him to get TV time.

Everything changed around that time due to Montreal. It was mainly Shawn vs. Taker and then Bret got brought in also. After that it was more or less just the rise of Austin.

Piper. He could adapt better. Rude more or less said the same thing over and over.

If you could hire anyone you wanted to WWE who would it be and why?

At its worst, which mainstream promotion had the worst shows, WWF/E, WCW, ECW or TNA?

WCW by far.

WWF was bad but there was always something there to get interested in.

TNA has the abilities to be bad and usually gets something going once every 5 weeks or so.

ECW was bad but the crowd energy helped it a lot.

And there there's WCW, with David Arquette as world champion, 300lb men as Cruiserweight Champion, Viagra and Pinata and Judy Bagwell on a pole matches, people being buried in the desert and heart attacks. WCW managed to lower intelligence and watching some of their shows is still the preferred death sentence in a few third world countries.

Myself to work in the tape library. Some of the stuff that hasn't been seen in years in there is orgasmic.

Did he really hate pro wrestling that much? Do you think he intended to compete in martial arts for as long as he could and then come back to wrestling? Could he still come back if he wanted to?

What about his ring abilities? His movements seemed a little stiff to me but I didn't think he was too bad at working a match.

Was the brawl for all real? I remember at the time it seemed legit. I know they had mma fighters and boxers like butterbean in it. When ever I read about it appears as if it was legit.

Shamrock was alright. He could have been something cool but he was a star in the UFC so he went back to it. Can't say I blame him either. He wasn't bad in the ring but he got old fast.

Yes, it was legit. Butterbean wasn't in it but faced the winner at Mania 15. Dan Severn, a former UFC Champion was in it but left early because he hated the stupid rules. It was 100% voluntary though.
