Can Mania hit 1,000,000 buys, and what would YOU do to make sure it hit that magic mark?

Can it? Yes. Will it? No. The problem is that WWE more or less has one supermatch left: Cena vs. Taker. The problem is that nothing feels epic anymore. Rematches can be epic (Rock vs. Austin II) but the key to that was they NEVER fought other than at Mania (once they were superstars that is). It was a special moment. Now the two biggest stars are Cena and Orton, but that's been done so often it's unreal. Having two titles doesn't help either. "This is the biggest world title match since that one an hour ago!" Not feeling that. Mania could this year, but I think it's too late to build it up.

Talking of Wrestlemania 27 buyrates. Do you think the buyrate will increase from last years 885,000 with this years WM rumored card? (Miz/Cena Orton/Punk)

Last year had the biggest matches the company could have. It's not going up if UFC is around or if the price doesn't come down a bit.

1. Hard to say. That is their last dream match so they have to build it perfectly, which they can do. I would be against setting it up for this year as Taker can't be around to set it up. Plant the seeds this year and maybe next year. Maybe Summerslam, but that's a match you need to do at Mania unless you want to make Taker vs. Cena II the Mania match. Have Cena beat Taker at SS and have Taker put up the Streak or Title maybe. Rematches tend to be bigger matches at Mania.

2. Barrett vs. Taker sounds weak, but that's due to his last two matches being classics. Anything is going to sound weak by comparison.

Orton vs. Punk could work but I'd need to see how they build it up because I'm not sure what they'd do with it.

HHH vs. Sheamus likely will happen and doesn't work for me. I wasn't big on either of their matches before.

Thoughts on Mick Foley?

My all time favorite. He managed to get people to care about him when he was a stuntman for the most part. That takes pure talent and charisma. Great performer and from the time I got to speak to him face to face a nice guy.

What were your thoughts on Sheamus becoming WWE Champion in 2009?

Loved it. Totally fresh and it worked very well.

What's your favorite, non-Wrestlemania XX, PPV from 2004?

Backlash was pretty good that year.

How many wrestling shows do you watch a day?

When you say shows, what do you mean? I watch one of the four main shows on that day. Other than that it depends on what comes up in my schedule. If I'm on a roll I get two in plus TV, other times just one, some times zero. I think one day I watched 7 full shows in a day.

It's close but I think I'd give a slight edge to this year. The fewer matches helped I think. I'd put it up to a coin flip more than likely though.
