I haven't seen it yet. I'll likely watch it sometime soon. It's hard to make a DVD on a manager because they're rarely the feature. Throw me a list of what's on it and I'll tell you what I think of it if you'd like.

The main feature is a 50 minute Documentary, in which Heenan himself isn't interviewed (likely because of his health). However, his wife and daughter are both interviewed.

Special Features on Disc 1:
-A few extra interview stuff that didn't make the feature cut
-Heenan being interviewed on Tuesday Night Titans by Lord Alfred Hayes and McMahon (one of Heenans first WWE appearance)
-Heenan and Gorilla at Busch Gardens (Prime Time Wrestling)
-Heenan and Okerlund Golfing and being interviewed by Sean Mooney (WrestleFest 88 video)
-His WM IX entrance on the camel
-His firing by Monsoon
-His entire Hall of Fame speech (which was fucking awesome) are the extras on disc 1.

Disc 2:
-3 AWA Matches (Heenan vs. Lord Alfred Hayes 1980, Weasel Suit match vs. Greg Gagne 1980, Heenan and Bockwinkel vs. Hogan 1981)
-1 WWE match in 1984 (vs. Salvatore Bellomo at the Garden in 1984)
-The WWE Weasel Suit match vs. Ultimate Warrior
-The 1992 Rumble, with Heenan/Monsoon commentary
-The Gimmick Battle Royal from WMX7.

Well anything with him and Okerlund or Monsoon was great and I remember all of those incidents I think.

I've seen most of the matches and they're all solid. I'd have thrown in Savage vs. Flair from Mania 8 as well but that's more than good. Also having the Gimmick Battle Royal makes it solid.

That works pretty welly for the most part I think. Having the featured be on his comedy stuff is great of course, but it's kind of hard to fill up space with stuff from a manager.

The 2 skits were both some of the funniest things WWE did. Busch Gardens (trying to find the Bushwhakers) was

I'm watching the Gimmick Battle Royal now. Holy crap, I forgot how awesome this was. And yes, I mean awesomely bad. The only thing not awesomely bad about it was Heenan.

The feature basically is all about how he's the greatest manager of all time (a very valid claim), and how he could have hosted his own late night show (he was funny enough to).

I'd say they did a good job filling the 2 discs, and doing a 3 disc would be impossible. All the extras did a good job showcasing all of Bobbys immense talents (Managing, wrestling as a Manager, commentating, and the skits).

Also, you're right, it's really hard to make a manager, but Heenan is the only one who could do it. The only other guy that might be able to is Heyman.

Edge spearing Hardy off the ladder.

Good choice mine would have to be:

Just because of how awesome that spinebuster was and Arn hadn't been in the ring for a long time yet he could do a spinebuster with so much torque and power that it looks better than any spinebuster today.

And that brings my question: Worst spinebuster today?

The gimmick battle royal was supposed to be that bad. That was the point.

Hart or Cornette could do it easily.

Eh I guess but it's hardly anything famous at all.

Not a ton of people use it and the ones that do are fine with it. No one comes to my mind as bad.

Out of the new school of wrestlers, who do you see becoming a major player in the years to come?

HHH once called himself "the measuring stick of this business". Do you think that was a valid claim and who do you see carrying that moniker onward after HHH has officially retired?

Depends on who the crowd reacts for. No one saw Austin or Hogan coming. Same with Cena for the most part. Difficult to say.

Same with the second question. You can't tell who is going to do what. Also I would say never listen to what a wrestler says about themselves. They're almost always overstating their importance.

You sound so objective. Do you have a favorite superstar among the youth movement?

Hey KB do you think that Orton could be HHH's sucessor as far Hell in a Cell matches are concerned? Same question for CM Punk and Edge for the TLC/lader matches.

Is that a bad thing?

Not really. Punk is my current favorite but he's not really someone classified as in the youth movement.

I doubt it as they happen once a year anymore so it's kind of hard to make it a signature match now.

Least favorite move: the nerve hold. Or whatever that mythical move is where you jump off the top rope feet first and the guy you're jumping at puts his foot up and your head rams into it. I'd love to know what that move is so I can make fun of it.

And given that you're about the 9th person to ask about that, I need to see this Heenan DVD.

You definitely have a good point with that move. I don't think anyone's ever hit it...
Except perhaps Shawn Michaels, against Vader, when he landed foot first on his face...

Do you have a favourite user of the DDT?

Ha, shoulda scrolled up, sorry

What was the first DVD about a certain character (Be it one person or a tag team/stable, but not about like "The Attitude Era") that you bought?

Jake or Chyna actually. Chyna did this weird thing with it where it looked like they landed on their face and it looks fairly cool.

I think it was From the Vault but I'm not sure.

I know there is still time for JoMo to be added to the match, but would you rather him against Miz or Orton against The Miz?
