KB, if you were given the job as Head of Creative for all of the WWE how would the booking of each show up and down the card be different?

I've never been much in the way of booking shows. The lower card should rarely be there for more than to make the upper and midcard look good. I've never seen a fan that bought a ticket to see Koko B Ware vs. Brooklyn Brawler.

Damn. Okay screw the lower card. How about the upper-midcard? Even though you aren't much in the way of booking shows.

I've always been a fan of power vs. speed. At the moment you have a lot of guys that need a rub to get them up to the main event. For instance you have Morrison vs. Sheamus. That match they had in Cinci was a good example of something I'd like to do: just throw something out there and see how it works. In that case I'd call it a raging success. (pardon my rambling as I've been awake for about 23 hours straight at this point and am quickly losing consciousness).

In short, I'd say try to find combinations that mesh well together. Sheamus is a guy that is pure power, Morrison is pure speed. At the end of the day you need to find styles that aren't the same. More often than not, power vs. power etc doesn't work unless it's a clash of titans. Find stuff where you can mix it up a bit. Another interesting pairing would be Bryan and some monster like Sheffield. Technical mastery vs. pure power. Also, given how many guys you have there, throw together some tag teams.

Name a match that's so hard to mess up but was messed up anyway and VERY badly. But, it has to be from WWE. No WCW or even TNA.

What two wrestlers have the best chemistry together. Exclude HHH as he seems to just be able to put on a classic with a pole

What was all the deal with the TNA legend's championship?
Why Booker T wasn't champion before in the E?
Your thoughts on Booker?
If Edge was so hot back in 2002 (kinda) why it took so long to the E to give him the title?

Sorry, got a lot of doubts today...

HHH vs. Orton in the main event of last year's Mania.

Austin and Rock.

It's the midcard title. Not sure what else you're looking for here.
Booker was WHC in 2006/7.
He's good but not as good as he's made out to be.
Shawn and HHH decided a nostalgia run for Shawn was better and the ratings plummeted.

I wasn't clear...Why it took him so long to be champion in the E?

Because he's not that good.

In your New Blood Rising review you mentioned that the Nash vs Goldberg vs Steiner where Russo tried to kill kayfabe could've been damaging to pro wrestling.

Do you believe that could have actually happened?

I think it has. Russo's booking other than in WWF has poisoned both companies he's been in because he likes to make things as real as possible. The flaw in this is most fans don't care about it and watch wrestling because they want an escape from reality. I mean, they're muscled up oily men rolling around in their underwear shouting about how they're going to end each other while trying to force someone to stay on the ground against their will. This isn't Shakespeare, so I don't get why Russo insists on trying to make it so realistic.

Pretty much agree with everything, but sometimes you need to be a little realistic. Haven't you ever thought that things could get too cartoony and be seen as too much of a joke?

There's a difference between keeping kayfabe and being silly. Russo goes so far to the extreme opposite of kayfabe that he reaches silly.

If Hulk Hogan was serious about TNA shooting, will they be able to break the "4th Wall", will they connect with the fans or will it fail?
