Same with Lawler. Basically Striker won't just shut up and has to beat you over the head with how many move names he knows and it gets old fast.

Yep. It happened last year to Wyatt and it would happen again.

I'm always amazed at how many people who claim to 'know' the WWE, come on the internet and refuse to realise how much of a rub/exposure these new guys get from being in a programme with a star like John Cena. The amount of Social Media following alone for him is alarming, to say the least.

Yeah I've long since said that people are going to be stunned at how much they miss Cena when he's gone.

"You never know what you've got, until it's gone."

People that think Daniel Bryan is anywhere close to Cena's overall popularity are seriously deluding themselves.

Last I checked, Cena is a mere 10mil followers behind the Rock in terms of FB followers... and is almost triple that of the next best WWE Superstar(Rey Mysterio).

The company really has a task on their hand to replace him outside of the hardcore fanbase, without a doubt.

Regarding Rusev and Cena, shouldnt the undefeated rub from Rusev gone to someone else (providing that Cena wins offcourse) given that WWE is in need to build credible talents?

And if it does need, to who?

Which promos do you think are the funniest? I think Christian's Team Kofi kingston rap is up there.

A lot of Rock's stuff when he would go into impressions etc. My favorite is only part of a promo, but it's when Foley tells Rock that it doesn't matter what it's like to be a five time champion and then runs around the ring celebrating.

Eric Young turned heel because Bobby Roode never congratulated him on his title win and never helped him against MLK so...... EY teamed up with the BDC (Who contain MLK!)? HOW?

Also why the fuck isn't James Storm and the revolution in control of TNA? I would much, much rather Storm as champ and Sanada and Manik as tag champs rather than Lashley again.

So I just watched Lockdown and Jeff Hardy's “I can’t go to England” spot (as you put it in your review haha).

Two things has he always had an injury angle in regards to not being able to travel abroad and how long does it last for??

You think they thought that mess through?

Because it's TNA and they would rather use the same old guys over and over again instead of something interesting.

Only in the last few years.

The Revolution angle WRITES ITSELF too. James Storm has either kidnapped and warped or just destroyed anyone who has crossed their path. It would stand to reason that the TNA locker room could be terrified of them.

Instead Sanada (One of the most underappreciated ring workers of the last year), Manik and Khoya stand at ringside and point while Abyss gets ANOTHER undeserved push that will lead to ANOTHER unwanted face turn.

Is it wrong that I was more invested in the Awesome Kong/Havok match with next to no build than what the Diva's have been doing for months.

I've just watched all the 1999 PPVs on the network, what would you the year out of 10 on in-ring quality?
The first 6 months
The last 6 months
The year as a whole

If you were to build a professional wrestler from the ground up (mic skills, look, in ring abilities, charisma) who in history would come the closest to fitting your design?

A thought: let's say Rusev beats Cena at Mania (we'll say there's a no contest at Fastlane) - what does he do next? The title will likely be occupied by Reigns/Rollins and that's pretty much the only thing bigger than Cena.

Also, JR had an interesting thought: what if Rusev goes the next year undefeated, could it work (in an ideal world)?

Are you astounded as I am that the WWE manages to make very popular comedic characters (Constantino, Marella, Sandow, etc...), and then does absolutely nothing with them?

John Cena.

Lose in in a triple threat/vacate it because there's nothing left for him to do with it and America is worthless.

It would be VERY tricky and I don't think it would sell as the main event for 100,000 people.

Astounded? No. Comedy characters have a very firm ceiling over them and it stops them cold. Rico's age hurt him a lot too as he was in his early 40s when he debuted.
