I haven't missed an episode yet.

How do you think this week's episode made John Cena look lol? I can see how it could make him look like a douchebag to people who already hate him but I personally feel like it made him very relatable because my relationship with my lady friend is exactly like that lmao. I feel like at some points he was toeing the line of going to far but I really liked the episode. How did you feel about the episode?

Rewatching Armageddon 2007 on the WWE Network, this is the one where Curt Ryder and Zack Hawkins debut as the Edgeheads or whatever. Earlier in the show in a backstage segment Edge is shown talking to Vickie and he says "Vickie, your love gives me the strength of...three men." Is this a little subtle foreshadowing? Or am I looking to far into it.

If Vince was so worried about Bret Hart taking the WWF title to Nitro, and resorted to screwing him... why didn't he just insist on keeping possesion of the title belt himself after the Survivor Series ending (with the original ending happening) to prevent Hart from taking it to WCW. He didnt need to screw him.

To be honest I'm quite surprised that there wasn't a new rule brought in after Blayze dropped the Womens belt in the trash on Nitro that ALL belts would be kept in the possesion of WWF Officials until they were needed for TV or promotional appearances to prevent this from happening again.

Thoughts?

Who do you think has the worst crowd & the best crowd? whether it be it a certain city or a certain organisation.

For me, and i don't watch a wide variety of wrestling, the best would be NXT they just seem to get what it means to be a good crowd and the chants are well timed. The worst would be Lucha Underground, they just dont have that timing NXT does. When Dario Cueto was announcing the Aztec Warfare match they were trying to chant while he was still talking which shits me. The Raw after last years Royal Rumble was the shittest Raw crowd ever at one stage they were chanting "Pittsburgh Sucks" and i just rolled my eyes

Last night I saw waves and waves of comments around the interwebs saying that The Ascension got buried to the point they were being written off television so ask how bad was it really? Something tells me this story is either complete BS or at least highly fabricated.

Is it bad that I'm more interested in Adam Rose than New Day.

I'm more interested in what's happened to Fandango than New Day

It's been announced they're wrestling NAO at Rumble so it's bollocks.

I was on my laptop while it was happening so i didnt watch it properly but they were beat up by 7 retired wrestlers before a match against the New Age Outlaws was announced for the Rumble. I thought they were buried under ten tonnes of shit but I figure they'll squash the Outlaws and that'll apparently make them look strong

Don't nitpick please.. you said he failed as champion and got fans uninterested

His booking has indeed been a failure.

Now then, where did I call him a fluke?

As usual, Cena comes off looking like the most logical, level headed guy on the show and someone who would be fun to be around.

Nope. That was foreshadowing.

That's the rule now. There are multiple sets of titles. The TV belts are different than the live event belts. Bret had a lot to do with that, but Montreal had so many issues that they probably didn't think about it. Also it wasn't the belt. It was Bret being champion showing up in WCW.

Well given they've got a match on Sunday, I highly doubt it.

I can't say I blame you as they really don't have any future.

Here's something interesting: Triple H is all over the news today for breaking character on Raw this Monday but I haven't seen anyone here at WrestleZone pick up on the story.

It was reported in the UK Tuesday morning, for some reason it hit the states today. WZ mentioned it in passing. A lot of people are annoyed about, they're idiots.

What a thing to get annoyed about. They didn't do it with the TV cameras on them and people are still getting annoyed? Cripes, I thought it was a nice story ffs.....

Exactly. Trips is a Dad at the end of the day and jumping in like that to cheer a child up was great.

I have no problem with it as it's off camera and most people don't see it. Here's the way to solve it if it's an issue.

HHH: "Of course I made a kid feel better. Making our fans happy is best for business."

People complaining about this are complaining for the sake of complaining.

How great was Brock in that ending segment on RAW? That was legit badass from him and really showed how he should have been booked all this time, but with more of a 'heel' feel in terms of going after those who the WWE Universe love, rather than the one they hate the most.

Nevertheless, can you believe a much smaller built guy taking down the Brock that murdered both the Big Show and Kane on RAW? Made me laugh when thinking about those who advocate Ziggler taking out Lesnar. I just can't buy that happening, tbh... Bryan I can sort of live with if done well, like someone helping him out as Goldberg did Eddie a decade ago...

Yeah that worked. Unfortunately Seth didn't get to go toe to toe with him.

Sure. Look at Punk vs. Brock: you beat him by hitting and running. You're not going to beat him with power, so don't try. It makes a ton of sense if you think about it.

Unfortunately Lesnar is not a slow big guy like Big show and mark henry are.. he is one of the most athetic people on the roster and a gifted athlete. He can jump higher than a lot of spot guys like Kofi can jump.. he is probably just as fast as Seth Rollins honestly. You can't "hit and run" with lesnar.

Ask CM Punk.

Punk lost the match though and I think the covered it by saying WM 30 was the first time Brock had been truly healthy from his diverticulitis since he returned to WWE.

Do you think had Lashley stayed he'd have become WWE champion? They were protecting him and giving him video packages and all kinds of stuff. It seemed like he was going to be a player for years to come

Also, Chris Jericho is supposed to be in Philly Sunday afternoon to moderate the Monday night Wars debate show with Eric Bischoff and Bruce Pritchard I think. Do you think this means he's pretty much a lock as a "surprise entrant" for the rumble?

Do you think maybe a 6 pack challenge or something like that would be a good way to add prestige to the title? Like if Rollins doesn't cash in immediately after the Mania title match like I think he will, whoever the champion is the next night on RAW can start to cut their celebratory promo but all of the major winners of wrestlemania matches and/orsome other people all come out and declare they want a shot at the title. Book the 6 pack challenge or whatever and now the title looks good because a lot more people are interested in having it? Then imagine the star power you could put in there? I think if there's 6 people who look like they have a legit chance in winning it unlike the 2007 6 pack challenge I think it could work.
