With regards to what Vega said: I dont agree with Reigns conquering being less than Bryan as Reigns has yet to actually avenge like he promised post-SHIELD. So both guys have claims to dethroning the Authority.

That said my real question is: How do they write Cena in terms of his relationship with the other babyfaces after what he did last night, albeit under pressure to save Edge?

In theory they'll understand what he did to save Edge. It's not like it was something stupid.

Is it me or is it obvious Orton is gonna win the rumble to be the next to take on the Authority? He beats Lesnar at Mania, Rollins eventually cashes in and we got our feud for the summer.

Not quite. It's a possibility but one of many.

Do you think they brought back DB early (as in not a surprise entrant) to set up the storyline that's going to screw him out of winning the RR? This might also lessen the blow to the fans when he gets eliminated.

Also, are you surprised by his return? Do you think he did it to get in on WM31 (and that payday of course)?

They could be. It comes off as more of a way to sell the Rumble though, which is fine.

Yeah I was but once he was out there I knew he was coming back.

Just wanted your thoughts on one of the posts I made to see if you agree with it or not.

I get the idea behind it and yeah it was obvious that the Authority was coming back at some point. I would have liked it to be far longer than it was though.

Was Edge/Cena akin to Rock/Austin? Last nights segment of the two talking really made me think of that.

Another question. Bryan's segment on being on the rumble. Is that up there with Flair's NEEEEEEVAH retire or more Henry's?

Is Christian the only member of a tag team that has been able to (somewhat) step out of his tag team partner's shadow??

People forget that Marty Jannetty had a fine career of his own after leaving the Rockers. Granted it's nowhere near as good as Shawn's but it's there. Matt Hardy too.

Do you think Reigns will main event WM? I'm hearing reports about officials being skeptical with him and considering Dolph Ziggler or Dean Ambrose to win the RR instead.. after seeing Roman's TLC promo it was pretty bad to be honest and i'm a reigns fan. I like his explosive moveset and he has a lot of charisma but he rly needs to work on his promo skills. He can't even complete a few sentences without awkward pauses, studders, or talking really quiet. He makes Kofi Kingston look good on the mic lol.. 2 years and little to no improvement on the mic; definitely nota good sign for reigns.

It's not a good sign and there are actual doubts in my mind now. I'd still put him as the favorite, but it's not a lock anymore.

Reigns wins the rumble via eliminating Daniel Bryan in a scumbaggy way, turning heel in the process (although eliminating DB would turn anyone heel) setting up Reigns v Bryan at Elimination Chamber for the shot at Cena's belt at WM since he beat Brock. Reigns starts using the real life element of him being the new top guy whether anyone likes it or not throughout this - it worked for Batista didn't it? Eventually WWE logic ensues and it's a triple threat at WM between Bryan, Reigns and Cena where Reigns wins by pushing Bryan off Cena and getting the pin.
That's not particularly what I want to see but I think that might end up happening :(

Chances, Kibbles?

Not likely given that Elimination Chamber doesn't exist anymore.

THe idea isn't bad but I really don't want another triple threat title match.

I can't be bothered to check it. But in triple threat title matches what percentage (roughly) does the champion get pinned? That's why I dislike triple threats.

Yeah that's what I thought. I'll have to check tomorrow when I can be bothered.

Would Sami Zayn work as well as Bryan did in the underdog for the world title role leading up to WrestleMania? Also, could you see it happening for him one day as it did for DB?

Does Taker wrestle at Mania 31?

Do you think that Mania 31 has the potential to be a great Mania with some of the names/rumoured matches?

Outside of the fact that it'll be Sting wrestling in a WWE ring for the first time, why should i feel excited about Triple H vs Sting? when the match everyone wants is really Taker vs Sting

So do you think The Ascension is going to make any noise or do they spend the first year on Raw jobbing to everybody and their bunny?

Oh, and just glad they didn't uncork a Doomsday Device on Monday.....I think I'd have pulled an Elvis on my TV if they did.

I'd rather have HHH vs. Sting than Undertaker vs. Sting.

But why should i be excited for it? It feels similar to CM Punk vs HHH, in the fact that i feel like Triple H overrates his appeal and is putting himself against sting because he(or maybe Vince idk) thinks it what we want. Or Triple H is putting himself against sting so when we look back HHH is positioned in a historic moment.

Also, do you think that its possible for a wrestler in the modern day to get into the WWE hall of fame without appearing in the wwe or by having a great career in another company after a poor WWE career?

I feel like when Abyss disappeared and came back as Joseph Park, he should have stayed as him in a non-wrestling role like commentary or managerial rather than break out into Abyss again. It would have been a better cap off to his career in TNA.

Thoughts?
