Huge.

Back in the USWA, Austin wasn't happy with his paycheck one night. Jarrett said something like "It's not going to get bigger by looking at it." Austin took this as an insult, as in Jarrett was saying Austin wasn't working hard enough. Soon thereafter Austin went to WCW and became TV Champion almost on arrival while Jeff stayed in the USWA for years.

Flash forward to 1998 when Austin is the king of the world. Jeff Jarrett vs. Chyna is a legitimately hot feud and Jarrett is a fast rising heel who has finally figured out a way to get over after years of no one caring. Allegedly WWF wanted to put him in the main event against Austin (maybe even as the Corporate Champion) but Austin said no way and Jeff went back to WCW. He then started TNA, burning every bridge imaginable with WWE.

People like to talk about "Super" Cena a lot around here, but how come nobody mentions Bryan in that vein? The guy beat Triple H clean with a taped up shoulder, had his shoulder caved in post match, then went on to beat Randy Orton and Batista while almost being stretchered out mid match.

Is that not more ridiculous than anything Cena has ever come back from?

Because internet wrestling fans are hypocrites and play heavy favorites. Punk beat the Shield in a 3-1 handicap match on pay per view. If Cena did that, there would be riots. Of course by riots I mean people making threads that I immediately trashed.

This was absolutely necessary:

That thread still has my favourite post I've done on here. I got so much red rep for it it was brilliant.

Rusev & Orton vs. Reigns & Swagger as a Smackdown main event soon?

I'm really hoping Rusev comes through. Him and Reigns could be a sweet on-and-off feud ala Batista/Undertaker. Two badasses just occasionally colliding.

It may be too early to tell just from the Smackdown match, but I think Rusev and Roman Reigns had some surprisingly good chemistry together. Do you think Reigns vs. Rusev could be headlining PPV's 12 months from now?
