Their hardcore stuff is. I've heard decent things about their other stuff, but I'd want to see it first. Something makes me think otherwise.

I watched a "light tube" match. Two guys in Hawaiian shirts and khaki shorts (their usual ring gear) botched for 15 minutes then hit each other with these long light tubes, no result, nothing... Just that.

I haven't but I've heard some good things about it. Granted I can't stand the ROH style for the most part so I likely wouldn't be a fan of it.

It's a match with 8 guys, ladders, and this weird platform thing. The objective is to botch jump around as much as possible.

Whenever I hear of/see a match like that I picture Jack Brisco, Lou Thesz, Harley Race and Ric Flair all standing around with their hands on their hips and a big puzzled look on their faces.

That would be the greatest thing ever. Oh, in the aerial assault match I saw, they repeated the same spot 4 times before getting it right. They no sold it until he got it right.

What are your issues with the ROH/EVOLVE/DGUSA style KB?

It's completely ridiculous. The main guy I have an issue with is Christopher Daniels. I have yet to see a good match from him that didn't involve AJ. All the strikes and the kicks and then more strikes and more kicks followed by a fresh batch of strikes and kicks make me want to put my foot through my eyes.

The other main issue is the selling or lack thereof, primarily of finishers. I saw Richards vs. Black from Death Before Dishonor and by the end of it I was screaming at my computer. Not because it was awesome, but because Richards got kicked in the head not once, not twice, but three times and didn't go down. You can claim adrenaline, you can claim impervious to pain or whatever, but when one guy doesn't go down off three big kicks to the head, it's not only ridiculous as hell, but it makes Black look terrible. This is supposed to be one of his best moves but it can't take the guy off his feet?

If you hit like 5 finishers in the same match, doesn't that in turn make them not finishers anymore? If someone went out there and landed 85 right hands in a row and got the pin, is that right hand now a finisher? It makes the move look weak because it DIDN'T finish the guy off. ROH is notorious for this. If you do it once in a match or show that's fine but don't go out there and do it all show long and expect us to think it's cool when you do it five times in the main event.

Or Corino/Sandman/Credible on the last ECW. Sandman fucked up the biggest part of the match for 6 minutes straight, he was so drunk he couldn't understand Corino... And Corino was YELLING the spot at him.

Yeah ECW at the end was just terrible all arounf.

Yes. Then again, in this match Sandman was fucking up so bad they skipped a ladder spot where they were supposed to break it in half, so Sandman took the scored ladder and tried to climb it. It broke like 3 steps up, obviously pre-prepared and Sandman totally just got taken out. Then he got mad, oh yeah... Mad. A drunken and angry Sandman then beat the hell out of Corino on the ladder while he was supposed to be getting the belt. Ahhh, <3 ECW.

Have you ever watched the Mass Transit Incident?

Sadly enough yes. Horrible incident.

How many house shows or actual shows (PPV included) have you been to? What is your favourite?

More than I can remember. Back in the early 90s Lexington got far more house shows than it did now. A friend of mine's dad worked at the box office so he could get us free first or second row seats. Not counting those as I don't remember how many I've been too, off the top of my head:

1 Thunder
2 Raws
2 Smackdowns
Backlash 06
5-6 house shows

Favorite would be Raw from this past July.

In 91/92, he was absolutely incredible. I'd have liked to see him get a quick run with the title, maybe in 96 but it never happened.
