You said something along the lines about how Flair was the WCW (or something like that, don't quote me on it). This got me thinking a bit, and I thought about it for quite some time and wouldn't Sting be best suited to be the "top guy" of WCW? Flair was Jim Crockett before Turner bought JCP. Am I making any sense here?

You are but history doesn't back that up. Sting bombed in his first reign as champion and the title was back on Flair soon thereafter.
