Well keep in mind that Shawn's second only lasted for about two weeks, so we'll put that last.

In Bret's second he was fighting EVERYONE on top of the card. In his first, he was fighting everyone as well but they were mainly midcard guys. Shawn's first reign had some good matches, but so many of them were ridiculously boring/uninteresting like the ones with Bulldog.
