I'd say EC since it's the kayfabe perfect time to attack a weakened champion. But, also, how would they write Ziggler out of the EC match in the first place?

They haven't given reasons yet but it's ok at this point.

I'm not sure on the cash-in. Ziggler might wind up losing as well, although I have no idea where they'd go after that. Of those two, probably the Chamber though.
