Back on topic.

I remember you saying that Goldberg was misused in WWE. I believe one of the reasons ws that he was booked to lose too much or was hurt a lot. Could the Goldberg we saw in WCW have worked in WWE in terms of winning?

What's your opinion on HHH from 2003-2005? I know he gets a lot of flack for supposedly buring talent but my feeling is that I can't blame HHH totally because he was basically the only top guy left but he didn't do anything to improve the situation.

Oh he did a bit more than that. He kept benoit from jumping to Raw to be the top guy in 2003, and I refuse to believe he didn't have something to do with Nash being the top face for the summer. I mean, did ANYONE want to see those matches? Put the belt on RVD or Booker or someone from Smackdown instead. It HAS TO be better. In 04 he was still a jerk and made sure Orton and Benoit's reigns meant nothing. In 05 he put Batista over HUGE so I can't complain there at all.

Theoretically, how would a Bruno Sammartino four-year title run go over in today's era?

Let's assume the wrestler is massively over at time that he wins the title.

Going off the point earlier about a Sammartino type title reign-

could a heel who isn't over right now pull a JBL and just get massive heat by being a spineless weasel with the title for 10 months, before putting over a breakout face at next year's mania a'la 2005 John Cena to make a new star?

You watched OVW, right KB? Was this "Rod Steele" guy as good as this thing makes him seem like?

Oh geez no. Back then you saw these guys once a month. Now it's two or three tiems a week. It wouldn't work.

Hey KB, how would you book WrestleMania 29?

Way too early to say.

Yep. It's basic booking that would work every time. Just make it someone people actually care about and aren't bored to death by like JBL. Honky Tonk Man would be the better example.

Nah. He was good for around OVW but outside of there, not really. Local guys like that always get overblown.

When I talk to my friends and we talk about 'Taker, his streak, and him possibly retiring after this match; everyone wants to tell me that he should do like most of the other wrestlers when they retire and that's to lose.

I want to know what you think. Do you think that if this is 'Taker's last match he should lose or do you think that he should go out 20-0?

Honky Tonk Man was before my time (I was born in 1988, I didn't get into wrestling until 1999 and I never really delved into anything pre-1996)....so can you elaborate a bit or direct me to some videos/articles about him?

Go out undefeated. If he's wrestling once a year, he could do this for a few more years easily.

Honky was a low level comedy character (wrestling Elvis impersonator) who was doing nothing for the most part. One day there was a dispute between Steamboat and Vince over Steamboat taking some time off when Vince had just had him beat Savage at WM 3 in their classic. One day in I think June, Honky won the title on Superstars (the major show then) in one of the biggest upsets in company history.

Everyone was stunned and the idea was that Honky was going to lose the title fast. He drove everyone crazy and everyone knew he had no business being in the ring with the far more talented guys like Steamboat and Savage and Santana and all those guys. Everyone thought that his next defense would be his last.

Then Vince got an idea: what if Honky didn't lose the title? What if he kept if for a long, long time? And that's just what he did. For the next 16 months (a record for longest reign), Honky got counted out, disqualified, won by cheating, had Jimmy Hart interfere, and every other possible way to cheat, steal and lie his way into keeping the title. Honky getting destroyed by Savage and then getting intentionally DQ'ed would headline house shows and draw fortunes as EVERYONE wanted to see him get what was coming to him and they knew it would happen eventually. Vince just kept stringing them along and counting every dollar they gave to see Honky get beaten up.

So that leads us to Summerslam 1988 where Honky, ever the genius, issues an open challenge and this happens. Just listen to the pop when the pin happens. It's one of the loudest you'll ever hear.

One of the most brilliant ideas ever and one of the best blowoffs to an idea of all time.

Like what exactly? He's already feuded with Sheamus and been the WHC. The only thing I can really think of is Orton-Bryan, which I'm not opposed to, but not exactly for either.

Put Sheamus over for the title, feud with Bryan, put Rhodes over, get his win back over Mark Henry, potentially turn heel. That should cover a year or so.

The stadium will not be full. Tickets are down to $15, and the city is not excited. I live in Miami, and no one is talking about it. Their will be plenty of seats open.

Do you feel that Cena's line of 'nobody remembers second place' would be much better if it didn't come from the guy that lost last year's main event?

1. Should Big Show win the IC title and stay in the mid-card for some time, considering that the mid card lacks credible faces?

2. Does the Cena-Rock feud lack intensity?

Yeah I think so.

No.

What was the point of Angle/Kane at WM 18?

Why was Booker T included in the Intercontinental Title Battle Royal at Judgment Day?

They didn't have anything else to do.

So he could win the title from Christian later on. In short, they were hoping no one was paying attention.
