Last Ride, Batista Bomb, Bigelow's to Taz (or was it Spike?) at an ECW PPV.

Great shout on the Last Ride...an incredible finishing move!

Why do you think Rob Van Dam was never given the ECW World Title and the promotion instead focused on Justin Credible as the champ in its dying days?

I have read your reviews and I know you think RVD SHOULD have been given the belt...but I can't remember if you gave your thoughts as to why Heyman never stuck the strap on Rob when he was clearly the most over guy on the roster...

I honestly don't know. I've been told that the idea was that he could have two draws: the world champion AND RVD. Granted this was from diehard ECW fans and I rarely trust any of them not named jmt, so take that for what it's worth. I think they wanted the TV Title to mean as much as the world title, but the problem with that is wrestling fans don't think that way. Wrestling fans knew of the WCW TV Title which meant nothing. Wrestling fans saw the world title as THE title, so having the TV Title be up there with it probably confused some people and it messed them up.

Now the argument with that would be fans that watched regularly would know better, but that does nothing for new fans. Look at their first PPV: They never explain why Sabu and Taz were having "the grudge match of the century." That's a big problem for new viewers, and it's probably why they didn't draw anyone. As for Credible, he was just so plain and it didn't do any good to have him on top.

The lowest buyrate ever for a WWF PPV is 90,000 for December to Dismember.

At $40 per show, that means the company made over three and a half million dollars for their lowest bought show ever in one night.

I think I just answered your question.

You say that without knowing the exact cost that goes into not only producing a show but broadcasting it to the world. 3 and half million isn't really anything all things considered to the WWE.

I seen you mention quite a lot that there is things in the 80's that WWE had or was doing right compared to today's WWE. What was WWE doing right in the Attitude Era that the WWE doesn't have or focus on anymore?

Give EVERYONE something to do.

Treat most things like they were all that mattered at the moment (focus instead of talking about everything else)

Mix things up

Would you have liked to have seen Steve Corino in the WWE at any point, and how do you think WWE could have got him over?

Hardcore division? part of the Alliance? or would he just have been a jobber?

Forgive me if this has been asked already in one of the previous 477 pages....

- Your opinion on the most overrated big match of all-time?

- Your opinion on the most underrated match of all-time?

Thanks!

Would you make the effort to go to a WrestleMania outside of the Kentucky area, and do you think it's worth the time and effort for a wrestling fan from abroad (as in the UK or Germany or even somewhere like Mexico or Canada) to travel to a Mania event?

No. There aren't six teams to put in there.
How about a 6 man tag, making it in effect a War Games type match inside Elimination Chamber?

Oh, and thoughts on WrestleMania XXIX at MetLife Stadium (Giants/Jets stadium in East Rutherford, NJ)? Late March/Early April in the NY Metropolitan Area is usually pretty cold, and there has been snow that late.

Not enough reason to do it, especially given the time frame of when the chamber matches happen.

I'd think it's too risky.
