Well I'd have Roman use them to get the title then do as Seth did and attack both of them to split it up the following night, making Roman the new big bad. Of course WWE won't do it but it would be a nice idea.

So would something like Shield Roman wins title at Mania. On night after, Authors of Pain debut and attack Shield with Roman revealed as their leader? They have already got the riot gear on anyways..

Do you not think it's weird how the WWE champion isn't closing shows?

It's a bit like when CM Punk didn't main event any shows before his heel turn during his 434 day reign.

Not really, as I don't think the audience is going to stick around that late for Brock so they're getting him in early. It's the same thing they did in the SNME days.

Rewatching 02 WWE from Mania onwards and the biggest thing I am noticing is how big Triple H's face pops are early on. Did WWE pull the trigger to fast having Hunter drop tge title to Hogan and turning heel a few months later with the return of Shawn?

With there only being 3 face teams (that I can think of) between RAW & SD! which of the heel teams would you like to see turn face to kinda even things out a bit?

"The best WM couldn't touch day three of G-1." - Meltzer.

Thoughts?

He's as full of shit as he usually is. I'm sure his praise has nothing to do with the fact that top NJPW guys are big sources for him, same as when the top guys for ROH were big sources for him; let alone personal relationships he has with several members.

Big homey is a joke. No big deal.

Anderson and Gallows intrigue me a bit but that's about all.

Take whatever Meltzer says about Japan and drop about 25%. You're getting close to what it might be.

Meltzer isn't a joke. His ratings for Japanese matches are WAY overhyped though and people are starting to realize it.
