If I was to go watch a MitB match from the MitB PPV era, what/which would you recommend?

Also, any MitB matches that didn't have a shit buildup?

When Brock was a part of UFC last year, wasn't there news that WWE may be getting to use one of the UFC guys in return? Has anything ever happened regarding that?

I have a few questions that I've been pondering after the show.

I read your review and you said you hated the women's MITB finish. Now, I get your argument, having a man grab the case in the first ever women's match seems like a slap in the face. That said, the crowd lit up when Ellsworth started his climb. That was arguably the most over moment of the match, so with that in mind was it truly that bad?

Speaking of the women's division, was turning Charlotte face a poor decision? Becky is fairly over as a face, Naomi is okay in her role, but the heels in the division are so bland. Tamina is awful, no two ways about it. Natty is okay, solid but she peaked years ago. Lana is still very green in my eyes, and Rusev is more over in his absence than she is. Carmella is on the rise, but I feel her heat is mostly thanks to Ellsworth.

The tag title match was fairly standard until the last couple of minutes. I'm not even ashamed to say I was on the edge of my seat and visibly reacting to the false finishes. My gf even secretly recorded me reacting to it all, I may post hat. I don't expect New Day to win the titles in the likely rematch (makes me sad) but what happened to the rest of the division? The Slater/Rhyno story was solid, then Orton/Wyatt had potential until the shock loss to AA. Then the Usos just sort of turned into thugs and AA fell off the face of the Earth. I know they only get two hours, but why are so many teams not being featured?

Corbin was my pick to win MITB. I have a feeling that Mahal holds the title until Cena takes it, likely at SummerSlam, then Corbin will cash in. Am I in the ballpark?

Speaking of cashing in, how would you feel if they did the cash in at a house show? Nearly every other idea has been used, and this would truly feel like an anything can happen moment.

Who is KO's next challenger? The title has been such an after thought the past few weeks, but unless they pick the AJ feud back up, I don't see anyone having a smooth transition into the challenger role.

One last question. It feels like the rumor that Ziggler is leaving has been going on for the past couple of years. I forget where I saw it, it may have been on your other site, but I read that Ziggler was threatening to leave a few months back unless they gave him a title, so that is why he won the IC title off Miz. Have you heard that and would you put any stock into it?

How am I meant to take carmella as a threat when she looks like the wind would knock her over? I nearly have the same problem with alexa bliss but she has that intensity and her lower body is bit more toned. All the other divas have some kind of muscle. When I look at carmella I dont see anything that could do damage

Is Smackdown taking too far with "The land of opportunity" thing? Corbin I get it, he is long overdue, but having Jinder and Naomi as Champions and Carmella of all talents to have briefcase? Feeling like we are being robbed some quality matches and feuds like Orton/AJ while they push people who are basically not that good.

Yes, especially given the lack of anything major leading up to it. A pop isn't always a good thing.

Kind of yeah. She's a very natural heel and I don't get why they turned her so fast.

As I've said many times: WWE creative has the attention of a bunch of drunken squirrels. Right now we're getting New Day and that's about all they have time to focus on.

I'd go a bit later than that but yeah that's not too far off on the scenario.

Not with a World Title. You need to see those.

I'd say AJ, who then moves on to Nakamura.

I haven't and no, as he's threatened to leave for years.

It's been done before and it can be again. I'd think the same thing of Bayley and she's done fine.

We're totally getting a Punjabi Prison match soon, aren't we?

I'd watch.

You could argue that the first Edge cash in was so good that it almost completely ruined the MitB concept.

Given what it's turned into, yeah you can actually.

Kind of, though I'd just wait until we get to the bigger shows. AJ vs. Nakamura is coming and that's going to carry a major show.

Yeah but she's not the most intimidating person in the world. As for Carmella, her strength comes from having Ellsworth around as a lackey. It doesn't have to be all her.

Am I the only one who sees a problem with Brock going from Samoa Joe to Braun Strowman to Seth Rollins/Finn Balor to Finn Balor/Seth Rollins?

It doesn't seem like good progression to me if the end game is Reigns at WrestleMania. It would've made much more sense for Brock to tackle the smaller guys first and then the two monsters before Reigns.

Would it have anything to do with making Lesnar seem as strong as possible going against Rollins and Balor before Reigns? What im trying to say is that if Lesnar was to go Joe Strowman reigns it could be spun as "look at everything Lesnar had to go through for reigns to beat him." Where as now they can basically bury Rollins or Balor in that spot by saying Lesnar went through hell in Joe and Strowman and it still wasnt enough to beaten by Balor or Rollins

In the famous promo where he threw down the NWA World Heavyweight Title, Shane Douglas was listing many of the famous NWA champions of the past, and refers to Dusty as 'The Fat Man himself Dusty Rhodes'.

I know Shane hated Ric Flair, but did he have heat with Dusty too at this point?

Probably, though Shane tended to do that with anyone. To be fair though, even Dusty made fun of his weight so it wasn't exactly a big shot.
