Is Jinder the first person to get a world title shot with a clean loss to a "little person" on his record?

Jack Swagger lost to Hornswoggle 3 months before he became WHC. It's part of the reason his title reign was terrible, at least for me.

The money to be made from India once got the title on Khali. Is that same market powerful enough to get Jinder a title run?

Strangely enough I was having a conversation with someone at work today about this. He was adamant that Mahal was the best thing to happen to India in well forever and the whole country was behind him. That was until I pointed out that Jinder was Canadian and born in Calgary. He couldn't believe it and googled it right away, he's still a fan though, and India is still behind him. LOL

Has WWE ever mentioned that Lesnar was near death due to diverticulitis and had it for a year without knowing while fighting? The story of it is remarkable. I know UFC mentioned it repeatedly for every fight afterwards.

I know they mentioned it during the Punk feud. I don't think they went into that level of depth. Heyman once gave a promo saying something like "if Lesnar can do that much while ill, imagine what he can do healthy".

Why doesn't SmackDown have this current PPV at Payback? RAW had the previous PPV before WrestleMania.

Not really as Strowman doesn't have the long term appeal. Also I'd be interested in seeing how WWE tries to handle Reigns being booed out of the building this time.

I see a comedic Strowman who's gained some weight talking to his food, saying "I'm not finished with you." Seriously, that's right up WWE's alley. It's not nearly as bad as the Natalya fart gimmick.

I am in the minority who really wants to see Brock vs Roman 2, however, it would be really nice if someone else was to take the honour of taking the Universal title off of him, lMO... ntm, waiting till Mania 34 for that big match is some really puzzling long-term booking, tbh.. you thoughts?

Allegedly Nakamura was supposed to debut at Wrestlemania as Bryan's hand picked challenger for Miz.

We got a mixed tag and a proposal instead.

I can't stand most long term booking ideas as NOTHING ELSE MATTERS until we get there because that's what we're getting no matter what happens. Why should I get excited about someone when there's almost no chance that it's going to be anyhting but Lesnar dropping the title to Reigns?

What happened with Ambrose? During his Rollins feud they were both looking like huge stars, now years later hes on the pre show match at Mania and not even on the Payback card.
