Am I only one who thinks WWE is slow-burning Sami Zayn's underdog persona perfectly at this point?

I missed lots of D-Bry's journey to the top. Surely, his run didn't just happen in a single year, right? Sami, all in all, might be losing some, but he isn't a jobber by any means.

I know a lot of factors could play a part in this but assuming they go at a normal pace how long can you see Reigns/Taker realistically going given Taker's condition?

Actually it came close. Bryan's push really started in early to mid 2013 (depends on your definition of starting) and culminated at Wrestlemania XXX in April 2014.

But no, Sami isn't a jobber.

Twelve to fifteen minutes max.

I'm seeing lots of people claiming that Strowman should be added to the Taker-Roman match given his continued involvement in the feud for some strange reason. What good would that do to anyone involved coming out of Mania?

From my reading, it says he won the US title in 2010/11 and the WHC about a year later.
Sami has yet to win a single title thus far and seems to get prominent spots playing up his role as a babyface underdog rising up the ranks.
Hence why I say he is being pushed perfectly.

Nothing, other than yet another triple threat.

Yeah but those weren't really parts of his major push.

He's being pushed well. Moreso now that he's not jobbing in two minutes.

I feel his slow heel turn, which is when he started they YES!!! chant, is where he started to get over with the crowd. He was WHC then until he lost it to Sheamus in 18 seconds. Then Team Hell No formed and started out as heels, but everyone loved them so much they organically (there's that word again) turned face. By the time they split (can't remember the reason), DB was loved so much that they inserted him into the main event and he just took off.

As FMB mentioned above, these cases of Great Heel turn leads to Great Face turn makes one wonder even more if they will ever wise up and let Roman Reigns squash crippled Taker in a Goldberg-style squash.
That would be akin to a huge statement by WWE, lMO, especially if the direction is to be Brock vs Roman eventually.

Your thoughts? Any chance of a Roman squash?

Are we going to see Jim Cornette in WWE again after the HOF? Will be appear on TV occasionally? Do you see a permanent role for him in WWE again at any point?

This was the WrestleCon Supershow. WrestleCon is a different event which I'm going to in about seven hours.

Far too many to name after being out for twelve hours. I'll have a full review/list up later but the big ones are Will Ospreay, Ricochet and (for me at least) 2 Cold Scorpio. Oh and a very, very intoxicated Marty Jannetty.

So have i got this right. The winners are going to be

Lesnar
Reigns
AJ
Bayley
Strowman
Neville
Cena & Nikki
Owens
Orton
Rollins
Enzo & Cass
Corbin
Naomi

That's probably right, though I'm not sold on Bayley retaining and battle royals are almost impossible to call.

whens the nxt review?

Might be a day or two. I'm heading to Wrestlemania in a little while and the wi-fi here isn't the best.
