Reading about a potential deal Bret Hart had in place with WCW in early 92 that fell apart because Bret thinking that his contract was up in fact was still under contract as it had rolled over.

How much if any of Hart's push in 92 starting with going over clean against Piper at Mania to headlining SummerSlam and than winning the world title in the fall was a result of WWE wanting to protect the guy who was going to bridge the gap from the previous generatiom to the future?

Like Shango said, not much of the match was memorable. How much of that feeling was caused by WM being a seven hour event? I actually started dozing off around the Rock crap. I can only imagine how exhausting it must have been live.

WAY too long, especially when they didn't announce the extra hour.

Not a ton. They had been trying to push Bret as a singles for a LONG time before his 1991 run so it was definitely in the cards for years.

Have you ever considered writing for the main page?

I mean your stuff is so much better than pretty much all the stuff they post and you give good reasons for your opinions

That's sad. Especially when LaBar isn't that great. His article on why WWE shouldn't buy TNA was head scratching.

Speaking of if somebody does buy TNA who would you want it to be/who likely will

Yeah but he does talking segments in an indy company. That makes him interesting you see.

Sinclair buying it would be interesting but I don't see it happening.

Nakamura and Samoa Joe are the last 2 guys(in the current situation) on the current NXT Roster who seem to possess that X-Factor that could make them huge hits on the main roster. Should either of them be put into the midcard first a la KO & Zayn or should they receive the Finn Balor treatment and go straight into the Main Event with huge debuts against notable opposition?

Balor, especially Joe.

I know they are many who put Joe as a possible guy to beat Lesnar, however, I think his physique and demeanour alone alongwith strong booking means he really doesn't need such a rub for main roster fans to take notice of him.

Nakamura, on the other hand, could use such a boost that going toe-to-toe and beating Brock Lesnar would bring, as it would make people sit up and take notice of him and also get him away from the usual foreign heel stuff that guys like him are usually saddled with.

Your thoughts?

Assuming Lesnar's of the same mentality as Undertaker and will only lose to someone who he believes is 'legit', who should/will be the guy who finally scores that big win?

Given the stories told in the past couple of weeks on RAW. At Clash of Champions, couldn't we just get:

Seth Rollins vs Stephanie McMahon w/Mick Foley

Roman Reigns vs Kevin Owens & Rusev w/Lana (for the Universal & US titles)

Your thoughts?
