I agree with that but instead we got Benoit vs Sid two years too late and we know how that one went. What's your thoughts on Randy Orton's short face run in 2004? I thought it was great as I was a big fan of him during it.

HHH vs. HBK. They had great matches. Taker and Kane has a better story but the matches mostly are not very good whatsoever.

Rocky Maivia wasn't really a character. You could say it failed in the first run. As for working today, I think the response would be similar, especially on the internet.

How did you feel about the Higher Power angle should they have gone with Jake Roberts as rumors said that's what it was supposed to be or was they right with going with Vince?

Yeah Roberts would have been a huge failure. Vince was always going to be the answer. At the end of it he looked like a complete and utter psycho, which I think was the point.

At that point, no. FAR too messed up to do much of anything.

Vader was great, Bigelow was solid in 87/88 in WWF.

Vader was my Boogeyman growing up even though he was face (97 I think the year was). I was more afraid of him than Taker or Kane. I liked Bam Bam's stint in ECW but I still can't get over the fact even today that he main evented a Wrestlemania with a football player.

For me, the MITB cash-in. That blew my mind and is one of my favorite moments ever.

I like that they're putting someone up fairly high on the card right off the bat. It's a nice change and I think it's working pretty well so far.

Heel turn: why go with anything other than a classic. Hogan at BATB 96.

Face turn: Savage at Mania 7. One of the few moments that almost makes me cry.

Probably Best of SNME as it's a great mix of information and wrestling.
