we've seen plenty characters without masks suddenly put on masks and vice versa. mysterio wasn't masked in the original ecw and charlie haas started doin some wierd lucha trnsformation including the mask on heat before that was cancelled. it's happened plenty of times. of course, no one really talks about ecw mysterio anymore, and charlie haas is pretty much nothing but a eugene replacement it seems, and so they're not on the same level as kane going back to masked monster, but my feelings still stand, it's happened before. besides, we don't really know what's going on, but fans of old kane (such as myself) want the re-mask to happen.
