John Cena still draws $$$

Probably helped in a large manner, but the t-shirt is bad ass all-around. It doesn't even look much like a WWE t-shirt at first, has an actual style.

The style is braggadocios straight edge Chicagoan. It has limited appeal on its own.

Because of John Cena.

Welcome to the end of the thought process. Take your coat off. Stay awhile.

Yeah, because Punk has come anywhere close to this kind of heat before.

In-terms of heat, SES at times drew him major heat but he didn't have a decent t-shirt at the time, the SES t-shirt is the opposite to the "Best in The World" t-shirt. This one again, has a good style and design. Plus the slogan is "Best in The World", which is kind of a cool, brash and bold statement.

And his shirts sold out online days after the original shoot promo.

No no no. I'm talking about this level of overall interested that he's achieved through this feud with Cena. It's a no contest: Working with Cena means more money than CM Punk selling shirts in a vacuum.

Would you walk down the street in it? I certainly wouldn't. That is, unless, it were being shilled by a guy who laid out John Cena.

Well yeah. He was leaving and they weren't restocking them. You can't speak to how many shirts sold that week. For all we know, he only sold six or seven.

In that case, he does have more interest in him now than ever before, but that's also due to the promo, the angle with the WWE Championship which involved Cena. Cena didn't speak the promo and Cena isn't who people are behind, if he was, my signature wouldn't say "CM Punk" It'd say "CM Punk & John Cena".

I ordered the t-shirt last week and once I get it I plan to wear it. I wore Christian's glass shattered t-shirt in public, all I want to do is remove the large "Authentic WWE" logo.

Yeah, but those six or seven would have been sold off of the promo, which wasn't all directed towards Cena - it was marginally directed towards Cena and the majority of it was directed towards Vince and the WWE.

More people are behind Cena than Punk. No doubt. As for Cena not speaking the promo, he didn't have to. All he had to do was put Punk over in his own promo to move t-shirts.

Tells me all I need to know about your fashion sense.

Moving six or seven t-shirts in a week like that really isn't anything to be proud of. Punk should be disappointed in himself.

Uh huh. Cena's name still isn't on the t-shirt, and therefore, Cena isn't selling it. I guess Jake "The Snake" Roberts helped Austin sell his "Austin 3:16" t-shirts?

Ouch. Low blow there. Dude took a shot on my drawls.

Ouch. Another low blow - this time towards Punk.

Your darling Punk went on TV in late 2009 to heel it up and sell Jeff Hardy DVDs. Don't pretend that just because it's Punk's shirt that he's the one selling it.
