John Cena already broke his vow not to lose a match until regaining the championship

Well I might be wrong about this, but if I remember correctly, I do remember after he lost the championship to Sheamus, he cut a promo telling people that he won't lose a match again until he rightfully becomes the WWE champion again.

Well it seemed going that way until tonight, when I heard that he lost a triple threat match to Orton for a shot at the Irish man's gold.

So what happened here? Is this to add more persona to him to tell everyone that he's human to and not everyone will keep their promised words?

Or did creative just made a mistake and seemingly forgot that they told him to make a vow saying that he'll not lose?

Or is this just to get him out of the championship picture and start a storyline for his WM opponent?

Well no, not really anyways. See, when someone doesn't get pinned in a triple-threat match then they don't really count it as a loss against them. So, technically Cena's record is still in tact.

Well, I think that creative (that being Vince McMahon) is going to pull out the "John Cena didn't get pinned, so he didn't officially lose the match" angle, which has been done many times in the past. I think they are doing it this way to set Cena up to win the Royal Rumble again this year and challenge Randy Orton for the WWE Title at 'Mania.

Hmm could be a possibility, I wrote this thread because I remember seeing it was posted as Randy Orton defeated Kofi Kingston and John Cena, so I thought to myself, how weird.

Well I don't think most of the audiences would even remember that promo he had considering he's well... John Cena. He can leave the world title picture whenever he wants and go back whenever he wants and I don't think the audiences would care. I think it'll be just like Swagger's promo back then where he said that he'd go undefeated for the rest of the year then 3 weeks later.. POOF ...everyone moves on with their lives. Nothing big really.

I hope for the entire WWE Universe that this counts as a loss. When he had the promo, which yes, did happen, he said he wasn't going to lose till he gets the title back. Which is never ever a good idea. Because what he's doing there is pretty much giving away the results of all his matches from now until probably Wrestlemania. WWE has to stop doing this. And hopefully they did by having Cena lose tonight. Pinned or not pinned.

No, be a smarter wrestling fan and know that in a triple threat match, the person that gets pinned is the loser, the one pinning is the winner, and the other guy is just there. This will not count against his streak, and it's most definitely not a loss.
