Joey Styles returning!?

Well, J. Styles announced this on his twitter:

Controversy abounds tonight so I'll take this opportunity to let the world know that I am finally returning to announcing on Thursday.

So, yeah, thoughts?

What does one have to do with the other?

I love JR and I love Joey Styles. Being a fan of one doesn't mean you can't be a fan of the other.

I'm not saying you have to like either, but I don't see how liking one means you can't like the other.

If he's replacing Michael Cole I'll be happy. I don't want this to turn into an Anti-Cole speech but having Cole only on RAW works for me. Have Styles as the main commentator on Smackdown to give both shows a separate identity again.

I'm not going to get a head of myself though. He just said he's returning on Thursday, it maybe a 1 time appearance. I'd love a full time return

To what exactly is he returning to announce on a Thursday night? RAW is live, and Smackdown! being taped on Tuesdays as well as Superstars is pre-taped before RAW. Plus, I don't see how Styles could return to Superstars as some of it is taped before RAW. Styles would've had to returned @ RAW (and obviously didn't). So I his post is more than likely nothing to consider.
