I have to run this gauntlet for every PPV. Try the on demand on screen device, only to be met with indifference from my cable box. then have to call the cable company and battle incompetence for usually somewere in the neighborhood of 45 minutes.

Yeah, I just purchased the event with Virgin Media. The thing about VM is that they only open it up to purchase on the actual day of the event, where as Sky has it open for a while. This means that VM get a lot off purchases in one day and I think it can be hard to handle. My fingers are crossed that everything goes OK for myself and you.
