The X-Division is basically moving from being a proper division to being a series of clusterfuck matches that open a PPV. There is no development and no storylines, and part of that is the workers. The days of people like AJ and Joe, the future of the company, being in there are gone, and it is now about spot monkeys in the main. Williams is a good shout for being able to restore a bit of credance to the division, but what it really needs is a strong storyline in the same way that the WCW Cruiserweight championship used to build itself up periodically thanks to Jericho and people like that.
