santino IS getting a huge push!!! it does nt mean he has to win his matches evry week, the fans love him, and too be honest hes kept a lot of people watching when the actual wrestling we were getting on raw was of a poor standard! the show becam very predictable more than usual and santino has ben a breath of fresh air!! he gets at least 5/10 mins of tv time week in week out which is more than i can say for the likes if mysterio, kane, punk. lets face it hes never going to be a main eventer but he will continue to entertain people with or without the ic gold. altho would have ben very interesting to see how the honky meter would have gone if hed hav kept the ic strap!!

Santino is so good at what he does; that they don't even list him as a wrestler.Now
thats different.But whats more important is the promo tape where they meet Dolph.
He actually says the line that they are very much in love.Now Beth doesn't say a thing
but she doesn't have to look at how close she lets him lets hold she her beau/.And body gestures say that that is pretty much and she puts up her right hand touch him. Right.Then as they are walking off you see her
talking out the right side of her mouth. From all signs tht this old=fart sees even from her
this is trure.Now the write up on this week-end sounded like she is getting more like wanting some laughs too .Even though it might change the image of he being the GlamaZon.This follows the story line that I alway thought. And they went back to the old weekly antics but both of them are now doing it

But this has created a problem for wwe.He has become so good at wht he does ; his mic talk the best in years an the best Comedic Heel the busines has ever seen. Now since
Raw is the primary show for wwe. it would want the best for the main show.They make such a hot duo and she is willing to do some funny stuff for laughs .The Glamazon wasn' t supposed to and she's pretty good. Like her carrying him to the backl over her shoulders.

I think that Santino having that Judo background is a great help. I have already seen
him over ride a block hip toss.I would imagine that he having done thatfor 5 years
that he is probably a 2ndor 3rd dregreee Black Belt.Tht tells you he can do some
damage in the ring.Now what I would like since every time in the ring and never made
Beth proud of her guy, I would like the wwe to let him use his skill in a match and not
tell Beth until she sees him unleash his Martial Arts skill.That would get everybody's
attention.And really make Beth smile and reallyproud of her guys.

The only reason that Santino was on ECW was to provide a body for MARK Henry t
to wrestle and get into the wm match. And Beth got to be on ECW with her guy . He
was just a body .

Yes the mic talk and the comedy jobber is keeping him employed .It's suppose to
that is what he does. Now the part of him losing all the time I think that he is going
after the record .Now you know that since 2/23 his relationship with Beth has movd
forward.That is good. They have room to play with that now.But that sceen in the match were Beth was chewing him out if he would have done that they could have
blown the whole storyline.But now they have somoe room to work the two and there romance which is part of the story .I would imagine some time this year that that story
line of him not wrestling wll be updated and make more show and Beth smile more for her man.But where he's at is where he belongs with the Diva's and playing his role. Makes sense to me.And he's good at it very good the Best in the Business.

They don't need him as a wrestler. For one thing I don't see him changing anytime soon.
Beth has learned just how to get him going. She know just the right buttons to push so
that he does what he does best.And the crowd ,why they haven't seen anybody like him
in a long time. He really Jazzes the show up and doesn't care what he has to do to get them to laught. Sometimes Beth will say your embraassing her when she is saying your not embarassing her enougth. She's become part of it too'.She has the fastest eyes i've everseen.But with his skill he has craved his own spot on the raw.He's gotten both
him and Beth on every monday raw.

Yeah probably. He'll probably be the humorous person that is always embarassed by the top people and will be used for the mid-carders to get over with. But hey thats nothing to be embarassed with, at least he comes on TV and gets paid for it!!!

I was just thinking of everyone is talking about him and serious wrestling .Well that's
not going to happen.Reason is is that being a comdeian is not something that you put
away. Itl's somthing that you are. HE will until his last breath on earth go for the joke.It's not possible to do any other way.And he wil have a nice a career with the wwe.He will always delight audiciences and thats sorely needed in todays world. He
makes people laugh and that is a rare talent and gift.

I expect to see Santino move shows in the draft. Santino will either goto Smackdown and I expect that he will end up being released around Summerslam time after jobbing to people for a few months.
The brighter hope for him is ECW. He can feud with the younger superstars that he missed feuding with as he was shoved right into the limelight with the "Milan Miracle." He could be ECW Champion for a while, have a decent run I think. He will do well over there I think. To be honest I think he will end up being released anyway, but at least if he goes to ECW he will postpone it for longer.

I want to straihten something out regarding Santino and being a Jobbe. He's not a
jobber. He's a Comedic Heel.And one of the best in the business/With his Mic skills
just coming to be realizd with the fact that he is an extrodenary Comedic Heel.
And with the fact that Beth has now figured out how to push his buttons and any
time that she wants to.With what he does he along with Beth wil have a great career.
They make poeple laught thats very important.The fact that they both love what they
are doing is just very good.

In a similar thread I defended San from those who said he,s a joke & should go.He has a character,mic skills & given the chance ,has no less right to the IC/USA title than anyone else,,,I said.
Now after the Henry match,I agree with this threader.All that was missing was the wacky zany circus music & the laughtrack.Ok if youre Al Snow & pride yourself on jobbing,but for a guy not long ago after HonkyTonkMans IC record,,,!Trouble is,he does it so well,,,,!

Now, the thing is with Santino is that his ring skills is pretty limited and he was a 2 time IC Champion and at first, I really didn't like him. But, when he started to do his new gimmick as a bad english wrestler and a jealous bf for Maria. I wish he can improv his skills and finally have a finishing move and be more serious but I think WWE has made him a comical character but not a jobber. I think he can be a face wrestler as this gimmick and win matches but he needs to improve his ring skills.

will make a career out of it.I've always said that Santino is special in his abiltys well
Ifound out that I was correct. He is besides John Cena the only two wrestlers that
are alowed to ad-lib and keep with scrpt.Bobby Heenan was another Heel that made a

I dont think we can deny Santino has abilites, but unfortunately hes another superstar that WWE loves to waste...I really wouldnt be too surpised if hes the first man in the world to hold a female title!

I think there really should be a fine line between becoming a comical jobber, and an abosolute joke..Lets make one thing clear: none of the current divas match up to Chyna..When Chyna became the first women in the Royal Rumble or the first intercontential chamption, or beat Chris Jericho (it was jericho right) it was somewhat reasonable, based on her incredibly manly physique..but right now..the divas dont have the form or anything close to Santino..and they're beatin the crap outa him like hes a punching bag!

The fact is he's hilarious. The Chris Jericho-esque inability to correctly pronounce other wrestler's names is by far my favorite. Plus he overexaggerates everything he says, which gets over. I think the only reason people want him to win at all is because he's funny. Though I think they could get away with him being a midcard guy that wins by playing dirty. Eddie (RIP) used to do shtick and get dirty wins, I don't see why Santino would be unable to do it. Sure he doesn't have Guerrero's ability, but then again he'd be getting fluke wins so I don't think he necessarily would need it.

This is the date of 3/30/09 and Beth's web sight for fans created by a fan was closed
today after something was said.I don't have any idea cause I was only on before 9am
then I had to leave .But the job that Santino does is amazing and funny.The last night s
episode was truly great and I do enjoy watching Beth and Santino act together. I can
just say from years of watching good old wrestling that he ,Santino has a lot of talent that can carry him and Beth a long way.She is expanding as Santino is going by what
the wwe has instore for the fans. That is the primary job keeping the fans happy.I'm just
assuming by recent conversations that maybe something maybe not quite what wwe likes. I am a Positive fan of both of them and just waiting tell the next chapter is written
to see what happens next .That's all we can do wait until the next chapter I know thats'what I do . I do enjoy the whole story .

I was actually hoping they'd push him the route of Guerrero. It's obvious Guerrero is four times the wrestler he is, but I think pushing him back into the IC title picture and having him get over with dirty wins could be great for him. There's only so many people he can put over on his back before the crowd will grow tired of him, and I'd absolutely hate to see such a wonderful character be run into the ground simply becuase it was taken advantage of.

No, Eddie wasn't any better than Santino inside the ring. Just go and search his "real" matches, and you will see that he has all the credentials to make it big.

In some way or another I can see him taking the path of Eddie, he started in the WWE with the "Latino Heat" gimmick with Chyna and other female wrestlers, just a little bit similar to Santino and Beth thing, Beth is even compared with Chyna anyway.

He will probably have to turn face because he is getting more popular every single show, so it's pretty much the same thing that happened with Eddie, hopefully.

I don't see why he couldn't be more than a comical jobber. I mean, I don't think it's possible that his wrestling ability is so far below the rest of the roster thta he couldn't be able to wrestle some good 8-10 matches and have a legitimate title reign.

Santino is probably the single most entertaining man in the company, so I think they should make every effort to try to push him as a legitimate threat as a wrestler.

However, it looks as if this will never happen, I don't think he will be able to recover from trying to become Miss Wrestlemania. As funny as it is, he is not gaining any credibilty. This is not neccessarily bad, just not the direction I would like the WWE to go in.

Well Santino can fall into two places, one he can be a comedy character that never achieves the main event like Godust, Lance Storm or he can evolve into a main event like John Cena & Mankind. He is a joke right now, but he can still take a turn to the main event, hell Mankind did, Cena did, so can Santino. It’s all in how the WWE portrays him and how good he can get in the ring.
