My friend that I have known for quite a while told me 2 weeks ago that she wanted to be a hairdresser and that she wanted to leave school at the end of the year. She is in Year 11 by the way and she is 16.
Last week she told me she is working with her sister. She doesn't even know what exactly the job is but all she knows is that its work on the computer. She left school last week for the job and she starts in a few days. On top of that she recently got her drivers licence last week and she bought a car just yesterday. She paid fucking $10,000 for her first car that is 10 years old. Mind you, her parents aren't exactly rich.
So within 2 weeks she has: Got her licence, bought a expensive first car, left school and gotten a job that she doesn't even know what she will be doing.
So my question is: Is she making a mistake?
