Can we not see our rep comments anymore on our user cp?

You should be able to. If not, then you probably have your reputation on hide, and if so there should be an arrow button beside "latest rep recieved" pointing up that you should push.

Or, it might be just a glitch.

You can't even see your rep number? If you can the hide arrow is right next to it.
