Is Fortune "They"?

At the end of tonights Impact we saw fortune come out and beat the hell out of everyone part of EV. About 3 minutes after this we see Abyss come out and drag RVD into the back. Does this mean that Fortune is "They" and what will play out if so? I believe that They are. The 4 horsemen back in the day had an enforcer and Abyss would fit just fine.

After months and months of speculation of who Abyss was calling "They" on tonights Impact Mike Tenay said if we had any speculation about who "They" were that we now know who "They" are. "They" are Fortune yes Fortune not Ev2.0 but Fortune. Really? That makes no sense for some reason Abyss decided to go crazy because Ric Flair was conspiring a group of Aj, Kaz, Beer Money, and Morgan that were going to destroy everyone. This is just bad booking because I believe Abyss was going nuts before Fortune was even mentioned on Impact. I don't know? What do you guys think? Shouldn't "They" have been something else? This just seems like Tna just had to pull a quick one on the "They" angle because it was going nowhere. Your Thoughts..

See, that was just Tenay. A minute later the other wrestlers commented on it and said that they think that "they" are voices in Abyss' head. They've not officially revealed anything yet. I'm pretty sure it's not Fortune, because Abyss was going bananas on iMPACT far before the ECW guys came along.

I think it'll just turn out that "they" are voices in his head or who knows, maybe it's someone we didn't think of. I don't know and I don't WANNA know or think about it, I just want to see it happen and it just got interesting.

This is why you should've watched TNA REaction immediately after Impact. They is not Fortune and THEY is still a mystery that no one knows. Tenay just assumed like an idiot on air and really all he did was put that question in the air but I'm sure people who are slow would've gotten confused but TNA REaction clearly cleared that up that THEY have indeed not been revealed yet and Angle just assumed that THEY is from Abyss' mind and that Abyss needs psychiatric treatement or some form of HELP. And Abyss taking part in a faction with Fortune would be absolutely horrible. Fortune are slick down high fashion/high class guys. Abyss' character doesn't fit that mold whatsoever.

After the way that "THEY" were depicted on TNA Reation(awsome show), I don't think Fortune is "THEY". We truely do not know who "THEY" are, yet. "THEY" are either really people, or the voices in his head.

If you watch when Abyss comes out during the EV2 beat down by Fortune, Abyss only goes for RVD, and leaves. "THEY" have a problem with RVD, and told Abyss to take him out.

Fortune did not make sense as they. The way that segment was booked with several non-swerves and swerves was great. Abyss just grabbed RVD who they told him to take out. I think there has to be significance to Foley escaping the beating. He went down with the lights off but then just slipped out of the ring unharmed.

Fortune is not "They" It would make absolutely no sense for Abyss to be apart of Fortune. I mentioned this in another thread, but if you watched ReAction last night, then you saw Abyss saying that since he took out RVD on Impact, "They" are giving him a new target for next week. I'm very interested in who this target will be. Will it be another EV2.0 guy? Will it be one of the TNA guys? Will it be someone in Fortune? I think this might give us a big clue into who "They" are. I really hope that "They" is not just voices in Abyss's head like Angle suggested. That would probably be a huge let down.

And I have noticed others saying in other threads that they can't help wonder to themselves if Hogan's surprise was the attack on EV2.0 and not just the last curtain call for the EV2.0. Also when Flair came down to the ring he made a comment towards Dixie, something along the lines of "How could you treat Hogan and I like this" or something, I can't remember the exact wording. Hogan and EB could very well possibly be "They" Or it could end up being Sting and Nash, even though Abyss started talking about "They" well before Sting and Nash seemingly formed this alliance and it wouldn't make sense that Sting was "They" by himself. But Sting has been preaching Deception for quite some time now so in a way, it could make sense.

I just hope it's NOT voices in Abyss' head.

I'm glad to hear from many different people's opinions that they aren't referring to fortune.
I can't watch anything after TNA cause I have to work too early and eleven is pushing it.
But if 'they' were fortune I think I'd stop watching cause I keep on seeing the beginning of something awesome and then tna lets me down...

No, Fortune is not They. Abyss just happened to come into the ring to grab the person he was supposed to take out when he was at his weakest, not because he is part of Fortune.

At the announcement of Fortune, Abyss interrupted. Something Ric Flair would never kayfabe take from one of his underlings.

No, I don't think that "they" are members of Fortune. I think that Hogan has something to do with "them" or with Fortune attacking EV2.0. Don't know whether it is related to the topic of "they" or to any angle, but for some reason, I was surprise that after Hogan's promo (just before Fortune attacked EV2.0), Hogan just disappeared.

Why would Abyss, be apart of Fortune. First of all he just doesnt fit in, second of all "THEY" was being tossed around a bit before fortune was even mentioned. TNA right now has compelling interesting angles that have me waiting impatiently ofr next week. They have really stepped up their game with the twists and turns they ve produced also in the process arising new questions which is excellent booking and creativity. As for fortune being they sorry dude the logic just isnt there.

I don't think so. Abyss doesn't fit into Fortune at all, it kind of makes sense with the whole "paving the way" thing, but Fortune was around when Abyss was saying they will arrive soon. I think it's a swerve, especially with Tenay claiming that Fortune is "they". I think this is just a work, and with all these stables, I kind of hope this "they" is just voices in Abyss' head.

I feel like this will just end with Abyss looking like a crazy motherfucker and "they" not even existing. Though, if there really is a "they", you gotta believe Foley will be in it. Did anyone else notice Foley was gone after the lights came back on?

Or "They" could be Black Rein, Judas Mesias, and Relik; with James Mitchell to form some kind of freak show stable.
