As far as I'm aware, his last contracted ROH date is Supercard of Honor at WrestleMania weekend, so he'll have no further commitments, and will already be in town.
The only thing that seems strange about the rumor is that I can't see Joe going straight to the WWE main roster without a short stint in NXT and some time working on his body at the Performance Center. This would mean he'd be making a main roster appearance at the biggest show in the world, which would surely generate huge buzz, and then heading to NXT afterwards. But then again it may influence a few people to buy the Network to see Joe wrestle on NXT television for a couple months.

Drew Galloway, who is Evolve champion, will be headlining the EVOLVE IPPV this weekend against Roderick Strong. I figured that the freedom to continue working Evolve, as well as ICW back across the pond, was a special part of the deal that TNA struck with Galloway to lure him into the fold; however...
Trent? has pulled out of that event at the last minute due to the revelation that he is joining ROH(and perhaps NJPW) as Rocky Romero's new tag partner, and the name that is replacing him on that EVOLVE card is none other than Davey Richards.
Again, here I go thinking, I thought that when House of Hardcore made its IPPV debut with a heavy line-up of TNA talent, that was simply an aberration and part of TNA's relationship with Dreamer. Apparently this isn't the case, and now TNA talents will be available to any company that they want to work for, presumably that does not have weekly television(basically only preventing them from working for ROH, Lucha Undergorund, or WWE/NXT).
This could be huge for the indy circuit, especially the WWN universe which already has a great list of regular performers, and it also makes me excited that PWG could begin using TNA talent sometime in 2015, to help replenish the hit it took to its roster when it lost exclusively contracted ROH talent.

They'd better make that adjustment. Alberto is almost done with ROH. Negotiations will go a lot smoother if his options are all open.
I'm no Samoa Joe fan, but the thought of putting him in NXT at any point is so ridiculous. And when I say not a fan, I mean Joe is a sack of shit. I'm not trying to talk up for him but just the sight of seeing TNA guys popping up on WWE tv excites me because at this point it seems taboo.

I don't think TNA is in the position to have jobbers and storylines/characters that don't interest a large fan base.

Given how miserably full of fuck all shit the main WWE roster is... Staying in NXT and getting a WWE paycheck while staying in the same exact place he's been 9 years does not sound bad at all.

Other available options that don't make you look like a randomly racist twat:
1) Instead of saying "chinese girl", don't reference her at all;
2) Avoid the mention of race entirely. Admittedly tricky on a planet which identifies heavily with race (especially the right race, people prefer you get that shit right), but "that woman who got Kong over before Bubba showed up" is a sentence construction which doesn't require you to randomly assign races to people.
3) Use your Google. (Ironically, the very first result for "TNA chinese girl" returns Gail Kim, proving that Google can even help randomly racist ***** find what they're looking for. She's Canadian, and of Korean descent.)
4) Just don't post. This might be a good 'general case' option for you, because it seems you can't string together seven words without making yourself look like an ass.
