Impact Support Club House

Wouldn't, or do? I don't think we can answer the former. Why would they hate him?

Also, wasn't Perkins/Manik released?

Think he's still there okay, they're usually quite quick to remove guys from the roster page and he's still there.

Agree on potential Punk resentment, any employee would be delighted to see an addition that could strengthen the company. Bully, Angle, Aries, Roode, Hardy, Joe et al would only be delighted to have the opportunity to go against him.

I'm not too concerned about that. I think Angle is on his way out as well anyway, so it'd probably be a case where Punk came in and Angle went out.

I've probably seen a total of about fifteen minutes of WWE's programming over the last two or three years, so I can't speak to how overrated he is, but I can speak to his popularity, and his name still being about as relevant as can be in the business, so to that respect his value is still tremendous. I'd argue that he is the name you ride, despite being a "WWE reject", versus a lot of the other guys, who truly were (Orlando Jordan, Jethro Holliday, etc).

Eh, that one I think would be more of an issue.

2) That sucks about Perkins. I just thought he was in the limbo EY was for much of last year.

1) There's the twitter incident with Angle

Edit: ^I couldn't find the real shots, but Kurt still doesn't seem over it to me...

and then the greatest promo in the world...

Great cameo by Matt...

I'm a bit of a Cena mark so I'm going to have to say it: It was John Cena that made CM Punk a superstar, not Hardy.

Any ideas on the next TNA Hall Of Famer?

No idea, but in terms of TNA history, he should be that guy. If there's a conflict, go with Mike Tenay. He's called every single match in TNA history.

Is he or isn't he starting a rival company?

That was only a rumour, I doubt it's true. I guess we find all this out tomorrow. I'm literally clueless at the moment on the identity of the investor.

I can see it being Sting.

Or Tommy Dreamer, since I read a rumour on here somewhere that he's a part of TNA again, which would explain them advertising his falls-count-anywhere match at the Old-School PPV against the Bully.

I think it's Jarrett. I think all this talk about JJ's "new promotion" are going to end up being a whole thing where he wants to take back TNA, and re-brand the company. New life, new blood, new name, everything. There's so much dirt and hatred for that name amongst fans — a real fresh start might be exactly what they need.

How's that for out there?

Commendable idea and makes sense considering Double J hasn't sold his stock in the company, could play it like he is trying to perform a hostile takeover. Think the IWC haters would absolutely (well) hate it though; I can hear them now - "Another terrible TNA big reveal!"

As for DG/Evolve, not an expert by any stretch but believe they are the next biggest indie after RoH and have a rep for putting on great shows. Gabe's ousting from RoH might give him the incentive to stick it to them by working with their (perceived) rivals. From TNA's perspective, a working relationship might just persuade RoH stalwarts who've criticized TNA recent direction into following the Wolves.

Please, please, please just don't pull some swerve like:

Dixie: "Haha! I re~invested in myself! It was me all along Styl-- er I mean Stin-- wait... Har-- no, no... Angle! Yes, Angle! It was me all along Angle!"

I honestly have no clue who this investor will be. I wouldn't mind if it's some new person we've never seen but I'm way more excited for the Wolves and other new talent this investor will bring in hopefully then who the investor is.

I can't even begin to guess who the investor is. While Jarrett is an interesting choice, maybe it's Bischoff. Unlikely, maybe, but still.
