I'd force posters to write essays for me. It sure would make my life easy. I'd probably give them rep.

A.) Would you write an essay for an Admin?
B.) What would you do if you were Admin?

I'd start randomly banning people. If they tick me off, they go to prison for a week.

Another thing I'd do is if someone did something well, I'd mod them for a day or two. If a mod ticked me off, demod them for a day or so.
