I've also checked out Wu Tang Clan: Enter The Dubstep. I got that two disc album and it's outstanding.

For trip hop I would immediately recommend Blockhead, Music by Cavelight, that album flows brilliantly. Your already listening to pretty good trip hop, so I'd say this is definitely next in line.

I love infected mushroom, from their older stuff to their newer stuff, I've got all seven of their albums so you cant go wrong there.
