So I go in today because my Ipod is having major audio problems. I end up making an appointment with “The Genius Bar” so they can try and fix it. I wait about 10 minutes for my appointment, and then at around 11:20, a worker comes up to me to try and help me with my problem. I show her the Ipod and she starts asking me various questions, and such. Eventually she puts my Ipod serial number into a computer and this short conversation happens…

Her: “I’m sorry, but your Ipod is a few days out of warranty.”

Me: “Oh really? How many days?”

Her: “About 72.”

[/facepalm]

Anyway, long story short, for some reason, theyre giving me a free Itouch. All they had to do was order it for me. Yup, a free Itouch. I go in with what seems to be a simple problem, and the people at Apple are SO nice, they order me a free Itouch. I love Apple.
