But i told you so. I knew that there would be no FUCKING way Kane would have his mask in the bag. At least i wont here that again. I knew it would be a stupid thing to do and i knew there would be no way in hell it would happen. Thank god for not ruining the WWE with something that would not of worked.

The one thing I thought was dumb about putting the mask back on: We know what he looks like. The mask before was about his scars and hiding his hideousness. Unless he gets burned again, why would he need it?

Because his current gimmick is growing stale, he needs a change. We went through this monster Kane before, whats different now and the other 5,000,000 times they did it? Didn't Austin try to turn Kane back into a monster? Even if they turn him back to a monster what is different between this monster kane and the other ones without the mask? This storyline with Kane has gotten old.

Tried that unstoppable mode without the mask, they turned him into a jobber there too. Even if they do go through with the monster kane AGAIN it will just fade in a few months and he will be a jobber again, just like last time. I am starting to get a case of deja vu.

This the reason he doesn't need the mask. When he had the mask on everyone wanted to see his face an that was one of the reasons people cared about Kane, because there was so much mystery surrounding him. Now there isn't a point to put the mask on. Because we've seen what he looks like.

Maybe it would have made people care about him again, right now he could retire and few would care. Anything that made him cool has been taken from him, he needs something to save his career and this isn't it.

Because Kane is a raging psychopath. I'm sure there's some psycho-analytical mumbo jumbo about applying personal traights and actions to external possessions. In fact, in 'The Mask' that's what the psychiatrist explained to Stanley Ipkiss, that he believed taht wearing the mask allowed him to become the green faced invinceable lunatic in Ipkiss' mind. Kane could believe that his mask was the driving force behind his ruthlessness, and merciless persona that he used to have, and to be honest, i think that's what we all believed was going to happen.
Instead we have this angle, which is a nice swerve. Can you honestly say you saw this coming? I doubt we'll see a Rey/Kane fued though. Someone is going to have to save Rey right? Supposing Kane has him hostage, is he just suddenly going to get free and come back despite his torture? No, of course not.
If they play it sensibly, someone on the roster (i don't know who) should fued with Kane, end up saving Rey and then Rey remains traumatised for a while before playing the Mexican jumping bean routine again.

Im sick of all these Anti-Kane remarks from Sir Sparky, Reys mask being in the bag was so much worse for the WWE than if it was Kanes mask. They just lost everyones interest immediately, No one who was interested in a storyline with Kane cares about Rey Mysterio enough to justify that what everyone thought was going to be Kanes last Hurrah before retiring, was just a way to start a Rey/Kane fued. If this isn't just a way for kane to keep what was really in his bag secret, then I have been let down once again by the WWE making a long storyline that really grabbed hold of my attention, only to end it with either a joke or a completely random ending.
