When will these stupid fucking kids today learn that when you go to work you're expected to fucking work, not spend 40% of your day hiding in the bathroom, another 40% of the day just fucking off, and only 20% working, you're not there to flirt, text, wander around aimlessly, and fuck up and then blame it on others, I mean seriously, blaming YOUR mistakes on a guy who is legit mentally ******ed but tries and puts a 100x more effort into his job is just pathetic

all in all I enjoyed seeing the fuckhead get canned, it'll make my life much much easier

Good. People should put %100 into any job that they do. It can be picking up shit at the zoo for it all matters, the point is you work your ass off and do the best job you can.

"Its just a part time job"? Fuck you, that is your job, youre replaceable, and if you will spend your entire day on your cellphone or in the bathroom then you should be.

If you dont care about the job you are working in then leave, because there are other people in line waiting for jobs, especially in this economic environment, and they deserve the job a hell of a lot more than you do.

A man should take pride in his work, he should do his ob to the best of his ability no matter what it may be. This is the way to succeed in live, not to do everything half assed. When you work hard you stand out, you get noticed, and you get rewarded. Your boss will say "That kid is one great 'shit sweeper', lets give him a raise", and thats how it should work.

Anyone whom does what those kids does has no real principals, and should be fired.
