I Don't Like Film Anymore

Maybe it's all the shitty John Wayne films I've been watching, but nothing intrests me anymore. Most of the films I see are perfectly fine. But I don't enjoy them like I would've done. Case in point, Sharks In Venice. It's about sharks in Venice, I love that sort of shit. I actually skipped most of it. It's the main reason I'm holding off watching Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus. What's wrong with me if I don't like that film?

It's getting to the stage where I'm not even liking Steve Seagal film and erotic films about people who work in hotels send me to sleep.

I need some help. So can somebody please recommend some films for me. It's a nightmare because I'm getting to the stage where I can't sleep again so I need to have something entertaining to watch. If I'm enjoying it then I'll always nod off.

The films that are recommend to me need to have a brilliant opening 15 minutes. Because if you don't hook me in that time I'll probably give up. No subtiles because I can't be arsed with them at 3am. Please give me some suggestion.
