I Believe Jeff Jarrett May Have Made History

I started watching the NJPW show when I started to think of how the show related to AAA's Triplemania. Then remembered Jarrett was there. It dawned on me. Jeff Jarrett has competed in WWE's Wrestlemania, WCW's Starrcade, TNA's Bound For Glory, AAA's Triplemania and now NJPW's In Tokyo Dome show. He has been on the premier event of the 5 biggest companies in wrestling since the PPV era and then some too. As far as I can tell, the only one close to that is Kurt Angle but Starrcade is long gone. That's an insane statistic and shows Jarrett has an extremely rich wrestling career.

It also shows he gets released allot and doesn't have much longevity in one company. A better feat would be if he had been a champion of sorts in each of those promotions. But yeah, sure, wrestling history it is.

Aside from NJPW, he has. He's an NWA, WCW and AAA World Champion and held the IC title record before Jericho broke it.

Still, it's Jarrett. That says it all. This is what GFW is all about, Jeff Jarret.

I never thought about it before but he has had incredible career which is still going and looking forward to seeing how the next part with the GWF plays out and its surprising hes still in his 40s with everything hes done previously in his wrestling career.

Jeff Jarrett sucks. He has always sucked.

This about sums it up. I still can't believe this guy is a former WCW world champ, and this was 14 or 15 years ago. It's a nice coup for a career to be featured in the big shows off all these promotions, but the guy was always bland to me.

Jarrett never had long runs in any company, whether it be wwe, tna, wcw, aaa or njpw but still he enjoyed multiple title runs in all company. So,he may be considered as a legend.
Hats off to him. :)

True. Remember how he kept going back and forth between WCW and WWE because they weren't doing things the way he wanted them done.

Ol' Double J made me think of a child of two divorced parents who kept leaving one and moving in with the other when rules were established.

Like Mark Madden mentioned in one of his editorials, Jeff Jarrett is a bit of a mark for himself (although I think he plays a great villain character). But leaving that aside, he has contributed a lot for the industry and has tried to give us fans an alternative product to watch time and time again. He has been a real bone (no matter how small) in the McMahon family's throat for a long time, and keeps standing in their way of achieving nearly 100% market share in the business. And he definitely has my respect for that.

I do think he can be underated his feud and matches especially with Kurt Angle was one of the best I had seen in wrestling and also his match with HBK was one of the best I had seen plus the countless other good matches he had in all of the wrestling companies he worked in, Also seen him live several times and he pretty much wrestled the match of the night each time.
