So, last night, I did something unthinkable: I didn't immediately close out an annoying pop-up window for a live webcam show. Why this is so had everything to do with a catchy pop/rock song I heard that sounded like it was Eastern European (maybe Ukrainian?). I kept the window open a little bit longer, but, as I am only monolingual, I could not understand anything being said

.
I am hoping to find some help with this song here, and I also hope that the unfortunately meager leads that I provide here will allow at least one of you to work your magic:
1) I believe that the song was playing on a radio station entitled "Metro FM." I googled this station, but it seems that there are only two Metro FMs in the world: one in Turkey and one in South Africa. However, I believe that the webcam feed originated from somewhere in Eastern Europe, so, this is an anomaly that I unfortunately can't help you with (if it's any help at all, Junior Caldera and Sophie Ellis Bextor's Can't Fight This Feeling played sometime after the song I heard).
2) As I don't speak any other language than English, I can only phonemically work out what I heard from this song. I remember two words repeated at the end of the song. The first sounded like the Spanish word "muy," or "Moi," as in "Moira Kelly," the actress best known for her role in The Cutting Edge, the sappy figure skating romcom.
The second word sounded like "garra." It sounded like a hard g, followed by an "ah," or how you would pronounced the Spanish "a," followed finally by a double r with a slight rolling of the tongue and another Spanish "a."
